When they part, Jessica goes about packing up the blanket and heading back to Fenix.

And part they do. Return, she does. It was good to get out of the city, even if for only a bit

Unless stopped, she goes pretty directly to her rooms. There is paper and pen there, and she has some things to write.

No one stops her! Write away she goes

It takes a bit. Good thing she had some thing to eat .... um.... some time ago. Anyway, she next seeks out Constance.

Her stomach does twinge a bit

She'll feed it, but first... Constance.

She finds Constance in the study/library. The troll scribe is staring at papers blankly, as if unsure what to write or put down. Rare

"Constance?" she pauses, observing.

"mmm? Oh. Yes" She turns "How may I assist you?"

"Are you ok?"

"I am not. But it won't affect my duties" She assures "What can I do to assist you?"

"Hang on...." she puts her notes away and approaches "What's wrong? Can I help?"

"It won't affect my duties" She repeats firmly. "I don't wish to discuss it"

"Ok." Jessica accepts that, and pulls her notes back out. "I've written some letters, can we discuss them? I need them to go out to the Freeholders specifically, and a message to the Nunnehi, and some publicly posted notices around the County."

"Certainly..." She offers out a hand for the notes "may I?"

She hands them over.

They add shape and substance to her thoughts after meeting with Otem. A request for Constance to find a legal expert in the Escheat, specifically Righ tof Demense and how a County might apportion Dreamers.

A draft message protecting current Nunnehi lands, with room to identify those lands.

An invitation (well, INSTRUCTION) to attend a summit for Freeholders and Nunnehi (Otem) on how resources will be assigned going forward.

A general request for information; any with a claim that a nurtured Dreamer was removed from that Fae's protection, to bring these matters within a stated reasonable time frame to Jessica's attention.

She beamss at the first requirement "I believe I can help you with the legal side of much of this"

"Good."

"Let me gather that for you," She takes up some books "Here's some lords that were in a smilar situation as you"

"Thank you, I'll look these over." she takes the books.

"I shall look your notes over and have some rough drafts for your invitations soon"

"Thank you. Can you do that -and- get ready for the summit? I want to get those done and then reach out to the people to get things sorted out and I don't want more delay than absolutely necessary."

"I am no boggan, but I believe I can achieve all this with reasonable alacrity" She assures

"Thank you." Jessica pauses "Ok, yes, good. Thank you." and turns to go.... pauses and turns back "Do you need any assistants? Someone to help?"

A look up "Oh I have Flex and Specs"

The two Chimera show off their tiny but sculpted guns.. err muscles

"Um. Yes, of course. I'm sure it won't take long with thier help. Thank you again." And she leaves.

After a moment to get her bearings, she heads back to the 'Fire. A moment to bring herself in tune with it won't hurt.

She finds the FIRE.. it doesn't travel much 😉

She settles down to say hello. Issues are not settled or resolved, but some steps have been taken and that helps.

The fire rises and greets her, glad she's feeling better.

"What do you think?" she murmurs "Can we share resources with the Nunnehi? Convince Sunkissed Waves and Skyhook to respect claims on Dreamers?"

Torn, glamour is precious, and it's hard not to be selfish, but like her partner, Fenix prefers peace. If this can help it happen, it might be for the best. More firm is the approval of reigning the nobles in line just a bit. Perhaps it's a bit of a reformer streak, or maybe Noblise obliege

Jess leans down and whispers "What do the other sparks think?"

The images show glimmers.. Sunkissed waves is reluctant to share its secret or it's Dreamers, at least mong the nunnehi. It proposes the Nunehi be isolated from key areas. The Pitt welcomes the Nunnehi, but also thinks dreamers should go to the warriors to be won. And then there's Skyhook...which has gone a bit alien in its concerns under a modernist space loving ruler. The attitude there is more of a 'what can they bring to the table that's worth drek?'

"Thank you." genuine gratitude; this will make the summit easier, probably.

Footsteps, someone approaches

In better balance, she sits up and looks.

"Someone injured has been brought in," Diego says "An Eshu. He's in the pool now....healing. Ah.. .he was rescued by La Cernícala.. I thought you'd want to know"

Wow, way to harsh a balanced mood..... Jessica frowns and stands, heading to the spa pools.

"Diego, do you have time to come with me for a bit? I have some questions for you."

"If you insist" He says

"I don't." she says, not slowing "I can come find you after this, if you'll be around?"

"No I'll go with you, I just feel bad for having ruined ap eaceful moment. One doesn't have to be a boggan to know you're not happy about the news"

"Well no. We've spoken about it." as they reach the spa and she steps inside.

The Eshu is a young wilder, barely past childling. How bad his injuries were earlier is harder to say, but there's a scar on his temple, something recently healed
