"Thank you for asking but I'm not in a dancing mood. You should dance, though, if you wish to."

"no. I am yours for the day" he says "And, it is a most pleasant duty"

"Thank you again." just a bit uncomfortably "I"m not familiar with your people's way in this. What does 'mine for a day' mean?"

The old flayed woman explains "Had you wanted to bleed him for good weather, he was yours to do so. Had you wished to take him for a matinng.. that too would be your right. He knows his duty , to show we are sincere in peace"

Jessica blanches a bit but nods. "That is... um, not the way of my people but I thank you all for the honor."

Otumzu coughs "In truth, I was proud to be selected, but it does not feel right to.. we just met. So I am glad that is not the way of your people either. We should be tested side by side fighting dark forces, talk to each other, and more"

"There is a stillness in the land someimes, between breaths , and in those moments, I feel truly at peace. It seems like the stars are goingg through me to the earth and I..delight"

Salma and the childlings have been having a lovely time! Salma doesn't dance, though - in general, she has two left feet, and watches and claps along. For some reason though, seeing Holger talking to one of the new childlings - the nice little Selkie - makes her annoyed, and she steps over to pull Holger off for a dance. Hmmph!

Ellie is content to dance with anyone!

Holger is confused but smiles as he dances with Salma, slowly. He doesn't want to step on anyone

Luckily for Holger, Salma's feet are as sturdy as hooves!

Indeed, far more suited to dance with her than miss flippers there. Mmmph!
