"Shells!" Vaeltilde says "Shells for the Shell Queen"

Ariel agrees "Shells for the shell queen" And she pulls out some and starts placing them just so

Ellie is digging, making unsteady hillocks of gloopy sand, and straining through handfuls of it with seawater to look for shells. All... remarkably seven.

Duff nods "I think the Aesin girl will be someone you can work with"

"More important that she is someone Ellie can work with."

"Oh that seems set"

Salma finds a bit of driftwood she can stick a shell into the top of, and offers it to Ariel. “And a Wand for her Sea Siren!”

"Well. There may be a few years between now and then but.... as I said, it bodes well."

"Omigosh! Omigosh!"

Ariel takes the 'wand' and waves it "You poor unfortunate souls!"

She is cupping SOMETHING in her hands.

"What? What? " Adala asks seeing her jump about

"It has legs!"

“Oh! Did it sell it’s voice? Poor thing.”

Jessica focuses on the hubbub.....

"Come see!"

And Duff and Jessica move closer. While Ariel races over to join Adala "What is it? Was my wand that scary?"

"I think it's alive!" She holds out her cupped hands - on them in a flattish, round object - a dark purple-grey.

Jessica gets her hands free and approaches. "What have you found?"

"oooo"

"Look!" She holds the sand dollar out to Jessica. Unlike the white shells, this one has a velvety texture.

"Can I touch?" Ariel says

"I think it might still be alive?"

"I think so. It wiggles!" She turns it over, and the bristles underneath do, indeed, move.

"ooo it's amazing" And Ariel leaks a bit of glamour

"It's a Sand Dollar.... and we should probably put it back, right?"

"...Probably. But isn't it cool?"

"It looks like a little pancake."

"It really really is." Jess agrees with a small smile.

"Shouldn't it be a Sand Peso?" Adala asks

"We are in Mexico." She agrees.

"Shell Queen, please dub this noble beast Sir Peso" Vaeltilde says "And we can send it back to it's quest"

Speaking, of course, to SALMA

She bows to the weird sand thingy, “Go forth and be icky.” A grin!

"He's not icky, he's nice."

"Go be brave, Sir Peso." She sets him back in the water.

Sir Peso resumes his journey.

Ash whispers to Jessica "They're going to tell stories about his quests from now on."

"Good." Jess whispers back.

“Did you know he’d be in there?” She asks Ellie.

"He was a surprise!"

Ellie watches Sir Peso glide slowly away.

“Then wouldn’t he be, ‘Sir Prize’?” A grin as she gets there at the same time!
