He lifts his hat, sitting there is a certain missing kitten.

And the kitten clambers down his back, he doesn't wince TOO much, tiny claws tiny cclaws... and helps herself down

Ellie reaches out to take Ramona.

Ramona hops into her arms.

"Let's go find Salma."

She hugs Ramona tightly. "I just want everybody to be friends again, please."

"We're friends, the best of friends" Ariel says "And not in a stupid fox and a hound kind of way"

Ramona squeaks and squiirms free and goes to pounce on Donquito.

"And Salma, you're always reading, but your'e also always our friend" A firm nod

"Books are friends that always talk to me, though. Maybe it takes a few chapters to get to the point, but they never hide things. Except for mysteries. And those written in stupid languages. But mostly, they are, an open book." She scolds Ariel but lightly. "A burra is made to talk to, that's why she has so long of ears, no? Next time, mi amiga, remember."

Ellie fidgets just a little.

They're DELICIOUS, and well, and one can't hold food responsible for the crimes of their maker.. nto when it's this good right? Wouldn't be justice to the Lemon bar
