Clem's arrival to Fenix is not unheard of, she is a friend and has visited. However,the two childlings with her? Well, thats' new.

Ellie clings to Salma with one hand, while Ramona is cradled in the other arm.

Phobos says "How did they get out?" the creature is a nightmare, but for a moment he looks almost..concerned for them, then says "I'll announce you so..."

"Please, Phobos," Clem says knowing the redcap is about to bellow. "I'm good."

"And no need to yell that the girls are here.. just let the Freeholder know I'd like to see her if she could?"

Phobos snorts , then moves on to do that

Then Phobos returns "Chieftain, she'll see you"

Jessica sticks her head out. "Clem?"

"Hey, Westward, we got a bit of a tadoo" She explains

Jessica motions her forward and in, and sits.

"stay here girls, wait till you're called" She looks at Phobos "Herald, would you watch them?"

And clem strides in. She has a large basket of goods

"This is for Ariel , or so it seems. " CLem says "Jessica, your girls - Salma and Ellie? They've had a shock. So go kind on them if you will?"

Ellie plunks down to sit on the floor, back against the wall.

Salma holds on to Ellie's hand and whispers to her. "Está bien, princesa. No castigarán al heredero." Concerned, a soft pat on the hand.

"Ellie?" Jessica stands again, heading for the door. "What happened, is she ok?"

"Just upset. She and Salma snuck their way to the farm. We didn't know they were coming, and some of my family did not like the idea of a strange sidhe about. She was not harmed, but she might be a bit shaken by the cold reception by the Hearth. Agnes has run into too many sidhe tricks. Made her paranoid and bristly. I brought em back safe, but I fear it didn't reflect well on us DeBukes to her eyes. SHes also scared she's gotten Salma into trouble"

Jessica pauses and sighs, groaning slightly. "........"

"I'm sorry, Clem. She knows she's not supposed to leave the 'Hold. without an escort like Dame Ash."

"They took a short cut.A painting we gave Coy for a fast passage to the farm in case of emergency... once a month so and so. So they didn't hit the trods or even physically step out of the hold to leave.. just through a painting. This is partly my fault. "

Jessica scowls. "She knew better."

"Not sure they did. Seems they've been asking Ariel.. " Clem says "And Ariel.." A sigh "Has been given hints, but not direct answers. Regardless, it's your call but I'd ask you to go easy ,please"

Jessica nods. "Did they break anything? Other than Hearth Agnes?"

"Ha, that old piece of hickory would not break if you threw an anvil on her. She's fine. A bit surprised Pert stood up to her."

"And no, no, Pert says they wanted to see the Cows... and other animals mostly. Kids is kids"

"Pert?"

"Oh, yet another kinswoman, Pert, she's a Kinain... come home to recover from a hard moment in her life. She's a grump technically though she makes a face if you use the term. Has a way with animals that's magical. She shooed Murray away from growling and took over them. But ..well, they wanted to see the Hearth and I'm afraid ..." A sigh "Well, I can only turn a rig this big around one twist at a time"

"You've done great at it so far, Clem. I'm sorry if Ellie and her friends made it harder for you."

"Mostly I just had my face rubbed into it how far my family has to go. Ellie and Salma were angels. Truly. Just.. slightly wayward angels. They were very well mannered from what I saw. I just worry that now Ellie's going to think less of all my family and the farm in general. And that Ariel, when she finds out, is going to be ashamed of us."

Salma looks towards the hallway, wondering if maybe they move slowly enough, Phobos won't notice? Or quickly enough?

"I'm glad to hear they weren't more a problem."

"No. Your girls were..." A pause "Rather brave. Maybe one day they'll want to come to the farm again and we'll be more mannerly." SHe says "Anyway, they're waiting for you to call them in I suspect. Want me to stay in here while you talk to them, or give you and them some private chat time?"

Ramona squeaks a complaint when she is squeezed too tightly, and Ellie lets the kitten go.

Salma flattens back against the wall.

Indignant, the tabby jaunts off.

"Why don't you stay for a bit, then I'll speak to them privately?"

"Can't stay for long. I have ... well, the Hearth and I will be 'talking'" She says

Jess winces slightly. "Good luck."

She rises and goes to the door, looking out.

PHobos is babysitting.. Salma looking too scared to move, and Ellie..well...she's tabbyless now
