Mitra looks at Jessica, "Jessica, are you okay?"

"Yes. Listen, I need to talk to Ellie at some point soon; you got the letter about the meeting?"

"I did." She nods "Sayda and I were both thinking of coming but more for her training... I can leave her behind. Any precursor on what it's about?"

"I'd rather not say just now, but yes. Sayda should come with you."

"you realize my House curioisity is in overdrive now? " A huff "But as you say. How's Ash working out for you?"

"So far, so good. I find myself relying on her more and more." A small smile. "I miss you, of course."

"I miss you too, the Pitt is a STUBORN one, testy too. "

A small smirk.

"Yes yes, Karma might be involved. But you have the easier sister to deal with I suspect." A pause "Or is her peacefulenss prone to passive resistence?"

"She can make her needs known."

"Now, about this.. young countess. JEssica, you know what folks will think?"

"We'll talk about it together." Refering to the planned meeting, firmly.

"Ah, " She sighs "Was a time I got the good stuff first, but that darn Gwydion love of fair play has rubbed off on you along with that Liam idealism. Hopefully a BIT of Eiluned deviousness sticks"

"I have to be fair."

"I understand. Even if you wern't naturally so you have to do it for political reasons too. " She nods "I'm glad Ash is working out for you. Maybe we could still have drinks sometime though. Beltaine went well?"

"It did. A couple of items of note..... There were our Sidhe knights arriving. And a young troll boy. And.... a Nunnehi." She relates that story.

"The Bridge made the boy sit down and talk for a moment? That's more than most of us can do with the darn Nunnehi. "

She nods. "I need to follow up with Jeff, as well." A sigh.

"I'm sorry, Mitra... I need to get moving. You're on for the meeting?"

"Yes, and it's okay." She puts a hand on Jessica's shoulder "I know we may not get much time together but I'm still here when you need me, as your vassal, or as a friend."

A real smile; small, but genuine. "Thank you. Me too."

"See you at the meeting" And they part

And Jessica goes in search of young Eleanor.

In the kitchen? "The Children? They left. Something about a cat"

And Demos, in the hallway, says "The brats? Well, the troll boy went out... then all the girls followed him"

Jess finds Demos. "Someone went with them, right?"

"Yeah... each other" HE says the unseelie thane doesn't seem to see the big deal "I went out a lot when I was young. Made me tough"

"Oh crap......." Jessica grabs her maul and charges out, looking to see where the childlings have gotten to.

And off she goes to Anywhere!

(If Jess sees any one from Fenix around as she exits, she calls them to follow her but she does not waste time gathering a party.)

She does see the young lady's sword in the hall way next to some dolls left behind

"Jeeze...." She grabs that as she heads out.
