"Did the Unseelie troll have a tattoo?"

"I didn't see one.."

A shrug. "She -thinks- she's a spy. She might think she's the Scarlet Pimpernell, it's hard to tell."

"Is he in heaven, is he in hell, that demned ellusive pimpernel"

she smiles "I adore the story. Persecuted nobles rescued from the common mob by another noble from afar" a wink

"Maybe I should have said Robin Hood. Or Captain Blood."

"Robin Hood? Fie... class traitor" Is she having fun with this?

"So.... unless she breaks the Escheat, which she better not.... just let her be."

"What kind of pooka was she?"

"Some sort of small hawk or other bird of prey"

"A kestral."

"Yes, actually"

"Yep."

A sigh.

"Why a Kestrel?" confusion "It seems to have meaning?"

"Family meaning. It is the name of the ship she was born on."

"Ah. Mmm sentimentality could cost her if she continues to play the spy game, but stil..." A pause "Jessica, she's not bad. She's uncovering things we haven't. Have you considered getting a spy ring for the County?"

Blink. "No."

"Why not?"

"Spies!?!?! Why -would- I??"

"So you could have an edge in intelligence, solve problems before they arise, and counter the spies others will send into your domain"

A long pause. Then, not without pain, "It could have been the edge against Summerstrike. Ok. It's your baby. Siv cant be a part of it."

"I... you're putting me in charge of assembling spies? Directly? I'm more of a warrior but..." Then she raises a brow "Okay. why can't siv be part of it?"

"She's done enough." Dry "Besides, she's going home to Rivervale."

"Yes. I imagine so. But one could make the offer.. but I won't. I suspect protective big sister instincts are kicking in. Either that or you just dread having her LIVE in the area ... or both"

A stoic shrug.

Mitra nods, "ALl right. Sorry if I had a bit of fun at your sister's expense. It's just unusual"

"She's not a bad person. She's not a bad troll."

"Okay. I've just never heard of a troll spy..." She pauses, "Well, there are rumors that the Countess of Charm had this childling boy annoyance himself as a spy and just stand there in open sight, but I always thought that was too silly to be believed"

Another stoic shrug.

The sidhe raises a brow.

"Gotcha."

A chuckle "Ok. Well... she's got promise but she's off limits. Got it. Sounds like she has too much love of drama anyway. Wants to come in swinging by vine or the like"

There's a THUMP on the roof

"Okay, the timing is uncanny"

Jessica casts her gaze heavenward. "Well. Let's go see." And she leads the way up.

They head upstairs to find two sidhe fighting...one is brilliantly gorgeous, the other rather average for a sidhe, and lacking some of the otherworldly quality. They are dueling over the tattered reamains of a hang glider.

"....wait...." Jessica watches the combat closely, lifting a hand gently to withstall Mitra.

Mitra pauses as she's told to wait.

But the two women go at it further.

Jessica watches the 'lesser' of the two Sidhe.

That the plainer sidhe is actually not ugly. She'd be pretty enough if she weren't a sidhe.. it's all in comparison to the regulars of the kith.,.. more than that, that's QUILL in her hand, Siv's magic rapier

"Who's the other one? The... brighter one?" Jess whispers.

"No idea who.." Mitra says

The brighter one seems almost struggling, not with the fight...she is the better swordsman. She does not grunt loudly or banter... she is a quiet slicer

"You've lost, leave off if you can," The 'plain jane' sidhe says

Despite the fact the plain jane sidhe is the one who is losing
