Jessica finds that the unseelie fit in, more or less. They're a bit rude, crude and so on but it's not like she doesn't have unseelie already. Monstra maintains a brutal kind of code over them so they don't get too far gone.

Emilo has told all he knows.

And the others are..well, they're each finding aid. Her people may grumble, but Jessica can take pride that they roll up their sleeves and work or help WHILE grumbling

Jessica checks in to make sure that the childling pooka, in particular, is settling in.

When she puts her boots on , and her feet slide into the goo...she realizes that yes, the pooka is probably recovering

A pained sigh, and she changes.....

Then again, it's a hold full of pooka. She'll ask Alejandro when she sees him.

Clean-socked, she finds clean shoes and heads out.

ALejandro nods "It was the new one" he seems to be very busy, and rather good at this hole hospitality thing "I owe you an apology. I was the one who suggested a prank be tried"

Jessica smiles, a resigned but not upset expression. "It's ok, Alejandro. If the little one is feeling better, that's a small price to pay."

"Well, I feel a need to explain. such a prank, had it been tried on summerstrike would have , it turns out, lead to punishment if done by an Unseelie. I wanted our new guest to know that you are NOT summerstrike. IT seemed like the best way"

She nods. "Let me know if it works."

"I shall" He says "Dame Mitra asked me to tell you she was 'on it' whatever that means. And would not likely be seen today"

A pleased expression. "Thank you."

"Good thing I am not Eiluned, or I'd be dying of curiosity right now" He says

"Politics; not really interesting."

"I think sometimes you forget I'm sidhe" he says "But okay."

"WE GOT A GUEST!" A voice booms

"What does.... oh boy." Jessica starts to ask Alejandro, but then turns to see who's arrived.

"One thing for sure, very little gets by Phobos" Alejandro says

"True."

They turn to see a noble sidhe. A woman in pinks and whites, flowing gown, breath taking- of course. She whispers to Phobos something. And he bellows it out.

"Baroness Inlessa ap Fiona from.. some place I forget!"

Jessica catches herself starting to bow, and stops, going for a deep nod instead. "Lady Inlessa."

"You must be Chapulleh Jessica Flame free!" She beams, "A delight!" She looks about the place, "And this is Fenix. Oh so lovely to see it out of that wretched Balor's hands. Of course I have never been here before but one does hear stories. Oh. I brought a gift, a bottle of wine from France." Her own accent makes her sound ..Canadian?

"Um. Thank you. Please, come in." She takes the bottle and hands it off to Alejandro. "My war, Alejandro ap Darieanne."

He bows, "An honor"

"Will you come rest by the Balefire?"

"Charming young man," She says and looks about the place eyes alight "So this is a healing hold. I understand it can cure a rainy day."

"Oh I need no rest, but I would love to see it yes, a tour as far as you would allow will certainly be of interest to me" Inlessa smiles

"Alejandro, will you take that to Diego and let Fontaine know we will have a guest to see the springs shortly? Thank you. This way...." She leads. "What brings you to Renaissance?"

"This place," She smiles , "Of course."

"This place?" Not understanding.

"I was hoping to talk to you alone but as court is not in session, and we don't seem to have too many eyes upon us. I suppose I shoudl get to it... your hold, is it true healing springs, and a trod in the fridge?"

"Um. Well.... yes. The fridge-trod is occasional, though." Jessica makes a slight detour to a receiving room where they can speak privately.

They go there, she says "Well, you seem honest so... and I understand this is a touch rushed but.. how much?"

"How much?"

"Well, how does three million dollars strike you as an opening bid?" She beams

A blink. "Three.... bid... for what?"

"The Hold and fief, of course" she says "I'd like to buy it."

This shit never happens to mom. Never. Jessica is SURE of that.

Her jaw drops, she blinks. "Renaissance is not for sale. Ever."

"Oh don't be silly, it was in Fiona hands before it was in Balor hands. Five Million dollars... I mean, I like what you'e done with a lot of it" Baroness Inlessa assures her, "of course, I will probably redecorate juuuust a tad. Every woman wants to make her mark don't we?"

"Absolutely not." Jessica heads for the door. "Sorry you've made a trip for nothing. Please excuse me."

"Oh goodness... you do play hard ball.. 10 million dollars, more money than you're likely to make in three life times"

But Jessica is at the door and can head out.

And she does.

She heads from that private foyer and gets a breath of what feels like fresher air than was around that Fiona with the purse strings

"Demos, Baroness Inlessa is departing shortly. Can you escort her while she is within the Fief? Best she not explore too deeply, please."

Demos says "Sure.. Fiona don't scare much though" He says "But I can do it"
