"How goes the patrol?" A voice says behind Jessica

Jess turns en guard,, maul at the ready.

"LEt's not get all cain an abel about it, okay?" Siv raises a brow

"Siv!?!?! JEEZE!!! She gets the girl collected and safe. "How are you here?"

Siv does not let herself get 'collected' "HEY.. I"m armed too. I can defend myself... and could you relax? at least until I TELL You the bad news?"

"Bad news?" On alert and ready to go. GO.

They move along through the streets, and Siv keeps one eye on the flanks as well

Jess is carried along.

"Well, mostly it's good news ...let me tell you what happened first." And..she relates her latest adventure, much as she did to Dagmar... not mentioning zara by name...or even kith.

Jessica pulls her over, off the path, to talk. Or Listen. Or just.....

And she goes on... "So I used her own true name to bind her.. she'll not send herself or her agents here"

Jessica's head spins. "But......"

"Well, first, process.. I can tell you're still taking it in. Also...is there any reason dad should be upset about this?"

"Yee...yeah. I think."

"Well, what's the reason?" Blink

"I mean, he hates the Leanhaun and damn good reason... so you'd be thinking he'd be at the least smiling?"

"I don't know."

"hoped you might.." A sigh "Anyway... I have to warn you about Highsummer..aka Pranksgiving. Bad things coming your way"

"W...what??"

"oh... a flash mob of leanhaun and balor will becoming this area and isnpiring an art festival.. ever hear of r hapsody?"

A long, slow take. "Are you....serious?"

"Our father is a Liam who hates Leanhaun so much it's a miracle he can stand harp music, and you and I both have had run ins with them that made us understand why. This one I'm not joking about" Siv says to her sister, "A group of commoner kithain and Leanhaun will flood in, pretend they are doing an art festival thing... they will pump glamour directly into folks, and not like enchantment... for a week you will have art and musing and creative wonders aplenty.. and then? The artists will burn out... they will be empty, uninspired... probably for the rest of their lives... and those lives might be short as they go sucidal. I'm not saying House LEanhaun is behind every one shot wonder that ever hit the top and then crashed and burned only to swallow a pharmacy of pills later but it has happened... "

"It's worse than ravaging. And a flaggarant violation of the right to dream"

Jessica doesn't seem sure if she should scream or... well, Scream.

"Not here, they won't." She manages to growl.

"Theyhre' going to be under cover as a kind of charity... you'll have to have a subtle touch"

Jessica starts off towards her Hold. "Right. Ok. First thing is to close, tighten, the borders...."

"S..u..b..t..l..e.." SHe follows "You can do subtle right? Because right now you look like subtle means using a silencer on your maul"

"Whatever."

"Do you want me telling dad about this one or do you want it on your own? I thought the latter but if I was wrong..." She follows and they go into the hold.

"And by on 'your own' I mean I hope to help"

"DEIGO." She ... well, not summons or calls or... well he know she wants to talk to him.

"Yes, Jessica? You're getting almost as loud as Phobos l.." His eyes fall on Siv, "Siv, young lady, so good to see you."

"Still not 18, Diego," Siv smirks.

"And the world weeps for it, " Diego grins, then looks at Jessica "What do you need?"

"Stop, both of you." She says, grim. "Siv, tell him."

"I... " ANd while she doesn't relate the full story of family matters, she does tell there is a party coming here... and it will rob the fief of creativity after a brief rush of it.

The Steward frowns then says "FLamefree, you probably already know what I am going to say... but Tijiuana can be hard enough living... this..this would be like locasts on a starving man's remaining field"

"Stop them. We have to stop them, Diego."

"Of course we do," Diego says.

"Ah.. how's he supposed to stop them?" A whisper from Siv, "I mean, he's nice and all."

Diego snaps his fingers! "I Have it."

"Diego....."

"We have at least 13 pooka we KNOW to be loyal to the fief desperate to prank... give them carte blancche on any strange fae coming in that day... have them hassle the Leanhaun, harry his or her 'muses'... keep them so busy that they'll be worried they'll not get a wink of sleep let alone a drop of glamour. The leanhaun wants to do this because the holidday allows folks to prey on mortals? Well, pranksgiving lets Pooka prey on kithain. I say, cry havoc and release the pies in the face of wrath"

Siv blinks "I think I underestimated you"

The satyr smiles at the young woman, "Many ladies who know me find themselves glad they kept an open mind."

"Advice from an elder is always appreciated" Siv smiles.

The Satyr sighs
