"All I know is your one year old daughter is in Jessica's hands and she wants you to drop what you're doing and get here..." Mitra has yanked Tweak out of her workshop

Jessica bounces the little one gently.

"What? She hurt? Th'fuck happen to my girl, B?!" Tweak stomps in, covered in mechanics grease and the remnants of smoke and makes a bee-line for the troll and baby.

"Shh-shh-sh-sh-shhhh... Look, Shuri, Mama...." She turns so the baby can see.

"Hey, li'l sprocket...'supwitchoo?" A critical eye as she reaches for the baby.

"BLutoo" Shuri pats Jessica, then reaches for Tweak as she's reached for in return "Mama Furk!"

Tweak's eyes have never seemed so wide.

The one year old grins in a 'are I not so clever?'

"Th'fuck you say?"

Jessica passes the baby as it launches.

And grins, an actual grin.

And there's a sound of something falling... not a baby, a pimp cane

"Say it 'gain," she says as she hefts her child on her nearly non-existant hip.

"She is smart." Confidently.

"Furk!" The girl says obligingly

Necropsis laughs "Guess which word she heard a million times more?"

"DIDJA HEAR THAT SHIT?!" Tweak beams at the troll and sidhe before spinning around to see Nec, possibly making Shuri laugh at the spin. "You heard?!"

"I heard!" Jessica confirms happily.

The child giggles, encouragingly, seeming to like the feel of flight "Mama! "

Mitra smiles

"Hey, midget-racer, who that be?" Tweak coaxes as she brings the baby over to Nec. "Who dat?"

Necropsis walks up, "Yo baby girl... you know me right? Seen me around once or twice?"

SHuri nods, of course she knows him "Crawlllllleee"

Necropsis face falls just a bit "They always get the mama first"

"Awwww, damn...ain' she th' shit!" Proud, proud nocker mama.

Nec does smile at that though "yeah... she's not just blurting it, she' be talkinhg as good as her old man with my oh so proper ness"

Glamour does flow, like little bubbles as the family interacts. Shuri begins to poke at the the glamour, which means she absorbs it. Others drinking it can feel it's as much as Tweak's ridiculous levels of pride and NEc's adoration (and vice versa) as Shuri 's discovery of language

"Awww." Jessica smiles.

"Don't drink in that glamour, Jessica. It'll probably cause ovulation," Mitra warns... but is probably merely expressing her own concerns.

Tweak's sharp-toothed grin hasn't been gruffly hidden away, yet. She coaxes, "Okay, Shuri, try this....Da-da." Raising one of the girl's hands toward her father.

Jessica swallows her smile. "Um."

Shuri looks at her mom, then looks at her father and beams with love for the guy who holds her close and says cool stories about how some punkass got knifed for not paying dehos... in a tale he called 'Slow Ride and the Seventy Bucks'. The guy who makes goofy faces when no one is looking. She knows him, of course she does she points with her raised hand and says "Blackazz!"

And the troll chokes slightly.

Necropsis says "Well, it's official. God is white and he hates me."

"Well, if it helps, the Virgin Mary is Mexican and she's the one who counts," Mitra says dryly

Tweak gets a bit more serious, and the turns Shuri to face her. "Okay, babygirl, lissen up -- sometime the customer don' always see what you see, an' he want it his way even tho' you know what you see make more sense, but you wanna get yer commission? You try t' give th' customer at least some of what he want. So what he want? It go like this: Daddy. Okay, you do yo thang." And she turns the girl to face Nec.

Shuri's brow knits.

Mitra says "That's a lot to put on a little girl, you can't esxpect her to..."

Shuri looks at her father and points "dadadoda'ting'!

Nec's jaw drops open "Holyshit!"

"Furk!" Shuri agrees happily

Tweak just rolls a smug look at Mitra. "You wuz sayin'?"

"Good lord, every parent claims their child is a genius, but you might just have the rights to it." Mitra admits.

Then to Shuri, "You ask for it, you got it!" and she passes the toddler to her father.

"dadadoda'ting" She grabs his neck

Jessica can't help but grin again, a little.

THAT, it seems , is close enough to the right words for NEcropsis and he craddles her, his chin, with a bit of stubble, rubbing against his daughter's face causing her to laugh.

Tweak snorts. "That shit kinda catchy, Dadadoodating."

"Takes a while to say." Jess observes.
