"What... oh, those. Yeah."

"Mm mm .. they're mostly faded, but there were some marks about your neck" He says " iwas a bit worried, but ..." A shrug "Seemed like a bad time to talk about them last night"

"I made a Beltaine visit to the Pit and fought Delphine to celebrate it." She pauses. "That made better sense yesterday."

"It would have to" he agrees, "Mi amour, I adore you, but I would not have put money down on you. Delphine is a professional bouncer and body guard."

"It was about honor and sacrifice, not winning. Although I didn't go in to lose." She admits.

"Of course not, you always give your best" A smirk "Much to my frequent pleasure"

She gives him a small shove.

Another chuckle "Well, I know better than to keep you from your duties, but tell me, when will you be available for a meal Mmm?"

Another stretch; maybe the season, maybe the late hour, but she does not seem in a huge hurry. "Well. Haven't had breakfast yet."

"Well, that then sounds like a wonderful way to start the day" he watches her stretch "Shall I fetch it for us to have in bed?"

"Um." She thinks about this a moment. "What about your tough-guy rep?"

"I'll let them think I have you tied to the posts" He says deadpan

"I can get up and go with you." She kicks the covers off.

"Well, that does kill the cover s tory, but all right. " And he puts an arm around her, and they go to fetch a tray or two so they can take it back and have breakfast in bed.
