Lord Hume looks up as August comes in

Well, he knocks first.

"Am I interrupting?"

"Tragic, TRAGIC, this game was NOT ready for release and the company that pushed it out too soon should just exile themselves from polite company."

He looks DEEPLY offended at whatever he is looking at, pausees and looks up "Please, come in, Baron. I'm beyond furious with this and might need a break"

"I would offer to return later, when you are more settled, but there is some urgency to my visit."

At that, he turns it off instantly. There was a time he wouldn't have done that. He's matured.

"What can I do to help?" Definitely matured

August explains about The Chrysalid Carriage.

Hume raises a brow "Someone is asking for War from every h old in Concordia"

"... and we were wondering if you might be able to add to our knowledge before we depart."

August nods "Or, is plotting to start a War and pit Holds against each other. Or, something else entirely but I fail to see how it might be good."

"It can't be," he takes out his laptop and begins to work, "So we're looking on Changeling only sites and courses, Dream net and the like, and looking for 'horseless' or 'driverless' carriage, and 'Chryalis' and 'kidnap'" Tappity tappity

"Got a few hits... looks like July 4th was glamour fileled this year, be it with hope or fear, emotions were peaked." Tapping "August? I'm getting at least FOUR sightings from other changelings in FOUR different locations. Dream dances with no new Chryalid found, and sometimes carriages , fitting what you said, seen streaking off"

"Perhaps, 'wild hunt' as well. And, ah, 'rattle snake.'"

"Rattle snake? Wild hunt" He taps away again

"Less on that" he admits "Too much Wild Hunt news and plans for autumn in the system. Man the Unseelie love those. There's an Ailil Baron in Golden Sigil who adores em"

"Golden Sigil? How close to Northern Ice?"

"New York State" he answers

Then.. "August, we have help.. at least, we CAN Have help. The Order of Eiliethyia is offering aid to those who have lost their chyrsalids, and seeking information. " August knows the Order of Eiliethyia is an order of kithain, both commoner and noble, charged with finding and protecting fae undergoing the Chrysalis. They often face off against prodigals meaning the new dream dances no good

He nods slowly.

"Are you connected with members of the Order? Could you get them word?"

"Not so much connected, but as they've left contact info, word will be easily given"

"how much do you wnat me to tell them?" he asks

"I suppose... barring things you know to be private EarthRunes matters... whatever they need to know to do the job.

Hume looks at August then smiles, "Was a time you wouldn't have trusted my judgement." A beat "Was a time I wouldn't have trusted my judgement." And he gets to typing

"I think we have all grown and developed in our time together here." quietly.

"Yes," he admits "I'm not just proud of my computer skills. I've learned what to do WITH them that is right and.. well, I have folks heree to thank for that lesson" He says "Wer'e getting a response. They're very grateful... they ..think the source is in Frozen Ice too. Interesting... they thought maybe a Leanhaun was behind this."

"Different answers have presented themselves." August agrees "Can we meet to learn from one another?"

"Many of their field agents are already out and about, but they have members who are less suited to field work ... guess that means they're old" he muses "And one of them can visit and will be on their way soon if we wish?"

"Ah, yes. That would do nicely."

"ANd yes, I regretted the comment about 'old' as soon as it got out of my mouth. Maybe you should handle the diplomacy and greet."

"I would be honored to, yes. May I have the name of the visiting Member?"

"Give me a sec. " he says typing again

"Looks like a Boggan by the name Sam Wiseman... no realation to a certain hobbit I'm sure. He's an old member in good standing"

August clears his throat. "Please let me know when he believes he'll arrive and I will be available to him."

"ETA 3 hours , roughly" He says

"I will leave word with the door, then. Thank you, Lord Hume, and please send word if your investigations reveal anything else?"

"I'll keep up the hunt" He assures

"My thanks again." And August goes to put a few things in a bag... and perhaps encounter Coradel.
