Tiffany growls a bit "Tones aren't just for rings. Mind yours"

The crone shows more teeth but adds "Your excellency"

With a wave of her hand, she dismisses this. "What workings?"

"Weather magicss, soothsays... of the two weather is safer"

A thin smile. "Agreed."

"I do not know you." she regards the redcap "Should I?"

"I never been to court" Arsenik says "Never thought I'd meet you"

"And yet here I am."

A long moment of silence then "If you want, the one shaped like a tree is actually good at wayfare, based it on the world tree... all worlds tied to. It's no trod mind you. But can give you something to focus on for flicker flash or windrunner"

Vali looks intrigued "Are you good at all these arts?"

A snort from Arsenik "No. I'm very good at some arts, and so so aat a few others. That's why I had those built to aid my workings. Also they look neat."

Lady Sage murmurs to the Countess.

Adelaide whispers to Thea "Could this Arsenik be of use to you, your excellency?"

"Perhaps."

"GoodFae Arsenik, I will see you at Beltaine at Talon's Rest."

A dubious look "I got nothin to wear" the crone hmmphs

"I do not require court dress, mistress Arsenik."

"Plenty of food" Vali offers

The redcap snorts at him, but consdiers it, then nods "I'll try to show if my hip doesn't give out"

"I will send my people here to help you. Should your hip give you trouble."

The old crone actually loses her scowl, "I ... thanks, your excellency"

The old woman then makes her way out if allowed.

"Shall we resume the game, Countess?" Adelaide smooths her gown, "or would you like to go home?"

The Countess murmurs to Sage, and nods "You are enjoying yourself, Adelaide?"

"More for the company than the challenge, though there is a certain satisfaction in working the angles to bypass the obstacles... and the fact it was mused to aid in casting bears some investigation" The wilder IS an Eiluned and as prone to curiosity as any House sister

"Then let us continue."

And they resume... a rather pleasant passage of time, and with a new element to consider from the arcane side, perhaps even productive!
