He wakes up. CC is out of his arms... but using the small shower in the RV

(RV being Recreational Vehicle, not River Vale 😉 )

Of course, there's a full reserve take and they can drain the RV and refill the water before they leave. While she refreshes herself albeit in tight quarters, he will do a quick.... a very quick.... final clean of the mess from last night. It's the boggan in him.

And only a boggan can do it so quick

As long as she keeps her eyes closed.

And she does. Though she comes out wearing a towel and just a towel fetchingly while her eyes are closed. Perhaps testing if she can slow him down

"You did a wonderful job, Dearest. I swept up a few minor things. We'll need to stop at the relief station before we depart." he reports, dressed and ready.

She opens her eyes and looks around "Okay. Even 'faster' I don't know how you get things SO clean"

A chuckle. "Long years of experience."

"I both adore it and envy it. where were you when Caesar would get grass stains so deep in his pants I considered just buying green ones?"

"Hmmm.... " he thinks about it "Runnning an underground empire of sabatours and assassins."

"See, my job was harder" But she kisses his cheek

"Grass stains are most stubbon." He agrees.

They hit the relief station to replace water and empty the greywater, dump trash, and off they go!

Finally they approach the proper county. The mortal views shows poverty is definitely king here, no matter what the sidhe might pretend

"Dearest, can you direct us to that nocker shop?" he asks her to handle navigation while he drives.

"Yes, turn left at the second redlight"

He follows her directions.

The hardware store definitely does not look like a lowes. It's got that 'deal with it' kind of look from the outside, and fittingly, also looks solid enough to make a wreckingball nervous about being used against it. It's no hold, but to fae eyes there's a tangible style of solid!

He drives past it.

"There's an RV park, or some other facility, nearish?"

"Let's see, about 5 miles away is an RV park. About a mile away is a motel that is RV friendly?"

"Which would you prefer? We will visit our nocker friend tomorrow with the RV suitably doctored and in need of an inventive repair."

"Oh, let's try the motel.. it's closer and I'm curious if it will give us better insight into the locals"

William takes them there.

The Cozy Squat Motel is definitely not a chain. It has a spot in the back with RV hook up

and yes, presumably rooms inside that are open

"Would you care for a room, or our cozy nest?" he gestures to the 2-star motel and the fixer-upper RV in turn.

"Up to you" She says "I can see more control here in this area, but a change of scenery in the motel"

He drums the wheel with his fingers, then gives her a sheepish look. "I -know- the RV is clean, at least...."

She breaks out laughing "Are you worried that if we hit black light on the motel room we'll see some unpleasant patterns?"

"No. I'm not worried. I'm 100% convinced of it without a shadow of a doubt."

"We pay for the use of this parking spot only" A much smaller fee "And skip the room then" She is trying not to laugh again, but a smile keeps wiggling out

He frowns at her sternly and unbuckles. "I'll go pay, then. Will you put together something to eat?"

She looks contrite, at least a bit "I'll make one of your favorites. "

OOC I'm thinking of something like this, without the wheelchair lift and CLEAN -

OOC Well, no... but that's the point. It runs, he cleaned it, and it's believable as a beater in need of a righteous tune-up and a gizmo.

OOC So it's a tiny kitchenette; enough of a cooler-fridge for a day's worth of groceries or so. Enough to get by.

He leans over, kisses her, and slides out of the cab to head into the front desk office.

He sees one of his favorite kiths, a troll at the front desk office. She's a middle aged woman whose hair bun makes her seem even taller

"Erm. Excuse me?" the little old boggan in the doorway twists his ballcap in his hands "Do I distrub?" no eye contact.

"mm?" She looks down "Oh my word. Yes, sir? How can I help you?"

"I was hoping to take an evening in an RV spot?"

"Certainly, now that includes full septic privilages if you need it.." she names a price over half off their room prices

"Very kind." he murmurs softly "Thank you." he pays cash, crumpled and greasy notes that have been held close and sweated over.

"Sure thing, now honey, it's not for me to say... but if you need to to know where to find some good eating or the like let me know"

"I'm sure any recommendations you have would be valuable, ma'm." he doesn't look like he's ever missed a meal but....

That gets an almost boggan like burst of information, with places to eat on a budget and still get decent food 'coincidentally' mixed in along with more standard

He nods, listening raptly.
