"Mm." Frank makes an agreeable noise "Safe and sound. You keep your money. Make up whatever story you like but don't point business at me. Not worth it, is it?"

"Not while I'm in reach of those big ass mits of yours. You've got the heart, okay?"

"Look at it this way. Could be a lot worse." Frank is looking for a travel stop to let him out.

He finds one, not a large one, but there's a rest area

"Ok." Frank starts pulling in "Going to need your phone."

"You son of a bitch" But he hands it over

"Yeah." He agrees easily "Call a friend to come get you, not whoever it was that was paying you for this. He's not a friend. You got cash?"

"I got a hundred"

Frank nods. "That'll get you a phone call, something to eat." He pulls up and stops. "Don't send people after me. Good luck."

"Why?" The guy asks as he steps out "What's this to you?"

"It's the best I can do." he says simply "The transplant system works. You, the guy paying you, don't have a right to this heart. The kid, the child, deserves a chance. Maybe you got greedy, maybe you're on hard times. That's why I gave you a choice. What hospital?"

"The one for my employer?" He blinks stupidly "oh, the kids. I don't know" A smirk "Good luck there, hero. In a few hours it's meat"

"I'll get it there. You take care of yourself." Frank gets them in gear.

And off he goes... towards Philly, it's his best lead

And he might push the speed just a little. A -little-.

He's likely to have to...

Frank knows the timing ,he knows the routes ... and he knows how to work the system. He even makes use of the CB to get updates from fellow knights of the road on any ugly things that might be in the way. A pretty voiced lady called Rubber Swan directs him to avoid a construction spot that sprung up without warning, helping him avoid a 25 minute delay. Another Trucker, Crazy Haul (deals in chemical transports) mentions that a service road privately owned is currently without security or camera... if he takes htat, he'll save 10 minutes by avoiding main traffic.

"10-4, Crazy Haul. Thank you." he drives.

And it works...driving in a way that frankly, he wouldn't do if it weren't life and death. Credit to his beauty of a rig, it handles as if it were gliding

The highways are fine..... downtown to the hospital, though..... well, at least there are loading docks. He'll park a ways away, though, and run it in? Damn. Does he know anyone in Philly who could do him a solid?

As luck would have it, he knows another Liam there.

Dame Willamina, or just Mina for short. She's a nurse

He punches her number up.

"Mina here...."

"Mina, Frank King." he rumbles "I'm heading home on a run and need your help."

"Frank? Oh, Frank. My god it's been awhile. Well, I've got 30 minutes before my shift starts. On my way to work now in fact but I can call in and claim I got a flat. I know you wouldn't ask for help unless it was important."

"This is one of those things it's hard to talk about, Mina. The House by the blasted oak."

"I hear you. Just tell me what you need me to do."

"I'm coming in hot to the center of Philly but I'm not sure where this package is supposed to go. It's medical equipment.... organic."

"it's got to be headed to Arnold Palmer or CHOP."

"Oh god. Okay, Frank, listen to me. Do you still have the cooler itself? The original one ? If so... there's a chance it has a series of numbers made just for it embossed along the handle. Won't be easy to read but that's an identifier. Not every cooler uses it."

"I'm still on the road, hold on..... damn, have to pull over....." he wrangles the rig to a stop and carefully checks the cooler, then reads it to her.

there's a tapping sound, she's pulled over as well "Frank, that's a heart... one noted as missing! You need to get yourself to this hospital" she gives the name and adress "You're going to go up to the helopad. I'll clear the way for you. There'll be a pilot. He'll know where to take it. We are breaking so many protocals here it's crazy but there's just no time and flying is the best way to get it to that kid"

"Thank you." she can hear him get rolling again "If we can get me out again, that's great but this is more important than that."

"Can you veil you and your rig? I can hand you some dross to help"

Frank thinks about it "I can probably do something. Not a full veil but a little disguise and misdirection."

"I might be able to help... set up a distraction for security on top of opening things up. Blasted Oak still stands and all that."

Frank grunts "ETA is (time)."

"I'll be there before you are" She says "I'm closer. What is it you truckers say? Pedal to the metal?"

"Already there." grimly.

If he caught Siv driving like this, he'd give her SUCH a glare, but there's a life on the line.. a mortal life, the Oak, blasted or not, does indeed stand. It does more than that, it dares. Frank cuts someone off, scares the balls off a pick up truck's under carriage, and shoots through to the hospital parking area ignoring the proper rules as he heads towards the helipad. Mina is as good as her word. Looks like security is sparse, at least in this area. A helicopter waits, blades already whirling, the pilot door open

Frank takes the stairs two at a time; faster than the elevator although he will pay for it afterwards.

Oh yes, his kneecaps will have a talk, but for now, they'll work. The enchanted mortal at the hellicopter gapes at the giant, "Duck your head... that it?" He eyes the cooler

Frank crouches and brings it over. "Get going." as he backs away.
