"....and we want to avoid that if we can." August finishes.

"I might be able to veil it... but I'll have to use dross to do it"

"I like my solution," she says with a shrug, and holds out her hand for the keys.

August.... hands the keys over.

She smiles brightly, tosses the keys up in the air and catches them, and says, "Rescue time!" as she jogs around to the driver's side and climbs in.

August looks at Bachdion.

"Shall I try to veil it?" He asks August as he hands over some dross

"Will it drain you? Because this hospital will." He seems... as serious as Bachdion has ever seen him.

"I'll use one of the drroses for that. Another for the flash. You have the last batch" Bachdion says "ready to go in?"

"Yes." He takes a deep breath, and into the hospital they go.

(Awkward hospital transition... assume we're on a budget)

(August and Bachdion might be a bit frazzled by the time they get there. Coradel is having a blast!)

For Coradel, even the parking lot feels ..sluggish a bit. The trails of the desperate and despairing. Good thing she had fun on the drive, it charged her!

"Oh...ew." She frowns at the hospital. "This is dreadful. Are you sure you don't want me in there with you?"

"We're sure" Bachdion calls back as they head towards the hospital proper

"Hmph!" Miffed Fiona. But she'll do her part and be ready for them when they return.

Bachdion whispers to August, "You went to the thick of this before alone? They call Fiona fearless" Impressed

"It was necessary."

They move on in...and as before, it's a swarm, angry yet frantic of people in scrubs who have been swatted once too often, patients reaching out and coming up empty

One woman in scrubs as gray as her mood looks over at August

"Yes?" A sigh so heavy it sounds like a lead anvil hitting the ground

August offers the papers.

She looks them over then "Not my job.." Andn she gestures to another woman

August endures this.. and premably moves on to he otherr woman

(At Parking lot) A drab man walks by the vehicle...

(PL) and as he does, Coradel can feel his machine like apathy

(PL) She tries to regard him with Truthbranch compassion...but she can't help but feel some disgust as he gets his drabness all over her vibe.

(PL) "Why do I bother ? They'rre just gonna make a new mess" Some custodian perhaps?

(PL) She clears her throat. "Excuse me!"

(PL) He jumps a bit? "Oh.. some rich kid... sorry if I'm leaning on yourr... does this van fit you?" As if it doesnt. And for a momennt she feels a sting of... she's a rich woman... girl... and should she even be talking to the help? What about the lambo or Ferrari? or...

(PL) A baffled blink, and she glances at the dashboard in all its...cheapness. Ew.

(PL) She might as well have just forgotten the worker she called out to, for all the attention she's giving him.

(PL) But...but...this is a Rescue Mission. A daring one...in disguise!

(PL) He mutters something about 'rich bitches' and walk off... THANK GOODNNESS... and thank goodness for remembering this is, ultimately, something important and exciting if you look it that way

(PL) She takes a deep breath and closes her eyes, resting her head back against the headrest. Oh, Dreaming...protect them in there...

(PAUSE)
