This news sobers the already serious young Baron even further. "I see."

He gives the boggan space to speak; August is not, by nature, manipulative but he -does- know his Kiths.

"But the money allows for physical therapy"

"Do you know where she is?" the Liam asks.

"Coma ward of the St Louis hospital, fancy place. Though I don't know how long they can keep her going. After all. hospitals are still getting slammed"

He nods slowly. "Yes. Which is a whole additional tragedy."

He takes a breath, seeming to come back to himself. "Forgive me. All is well here? Is there anything I can help you with? Anything you need?"

"Oh your lordship is too kind, no no, always a d emand for custodians. I do it in one third the time then take a break with extra time I've got"

He smiles. "Glad to hear it. Excuse me." And he heads back to his car.... and to his church.

And off he goes. The Church is always welcoming folks

He touches the holy water with his finger tips and blesses himself before making is way to the small shrine to the Blessed Virgin along the wall. He kneels, elbows on the rest, and puts his palms together. He bows his head briefly, then lifts his eyes to look at the flickering candles there.

There's a sense of peace here. August not fully a son of Adam, but he knows despite his fae nature , he knows he is loved by something, someone, far greater than himself.

After several moment of contemplation and communion with that Greater, he lifts a spill and lights a candle to join the others in the rack; each one, a prayer intention. He has others that flicker here, now one more.

Footsteps. But whoever is behind him stops, and waits so not to intrude

He bows his head for a quick prayer, slips a $5 into the box on the rail, and rises to make room.

The Dove pooka nods, and then goes o light his own candles. He doesnnn't appear to be a priest

Not anyone August recognizes?

Indeed no. That said, there seems to be no pranking or vandalism... even pooka of faith have been known to chicanary figurines so it looks like Blessed Mary is holding a 'World's greatest mom' coffee mug or the like

He lights a candle quietly, and prays in a mumble that no doubt would not get all the words right

August moves away to give him privacy, but doesn't leave just yet.

A moment later, all finished, the pooka comes out.

Well, he finishes. August can try to interact if he wants, or wait till the pooka is gone

August nods and offers his hand to shake. "Hello. I'm August Truthbranch." quietly.

The fellow seems surprised, but take's the Sidhe's hand "Charles Q. Lamb"

"It isn't often I meet someone who seems observant. I thought I would introduce myself, since I don't think we know each other. Are you recently arrived?"

Charles (if that is his real name) blushes "Well, I'm a sales man so travel does sometimes ,once in a blue moon, come up."

"I think I understand." August nods "Will you take an address, in case you need assistance while you're here?"

"I Have an O.P box , quite potent" He fumbles into his suit and pulls out a card and offers it

August takes the card, and in turns writes down the address of the EarthRunes freehold (or close enough that another Fae could find it).

He smiles as i's returned, "You're a kind man, Mr. Lord."

"I endevour to be; the world could use more kindness. Thank you for your time, Mr. ah, Lamb."

It did say Charles Lamb on the card, but no middle initial

August tucks the card away and, if there is nothing else, uses his phone to find the St. Louis hospital.

"Oh it's never MY time, just on loan," Charles smiles gently "I hope you have a blessed Knight"

"Thank you."

And Charles walks off. He seems a geniunely gentle fellow in mannerisms

Annd soon August has the location of the hospital
