By now Frank nows the way to bypass most nurses or other staff, and he IS family so that helps now that sugery is over.

She doesn't interrupt as he negotiates this terrain, following his lead.

Frank is especially careful to make sure that Brekke does not suffer from the banality of the place.

Her expression is stoic, but that's not uncommon. He may not know if she is struggling.

It adds a minute to their walk about to avoid some chillier staff, but they do. They ennter the room and see a woman with athletic build startingg to shift as they come in before she sees them then relaxes a bit. It takes a bit to realize it's Tiffany, her pooka mein is not as bright as usual "Hey bosses"

James looks cranky, a bit tired, but crannky about being tired. He's still remembering who and what he is, glamour has been fed to him by more than one

"Hello Tiffany. Jaymes, how are you?" Brekke approaches the bed. "I am told Dr. Lee did fine work."

"he did" James admits, "i'm told I was shot IN the heart. I should be dead" An admission

"No slacking, James" Tiffany comments, then looks at Brekke and Frank "Is this a shift change or more a weakly evaluation?"

Frank murmurs "Thane Tiffany should be relieved."

"Hm. I must remember to congratulate the Doctor on his skill." And possibly his Rapture in his work?

Brekke considers. "I should take a shift."

"When the time comes." The Mountain suggests.

She is about to speak, but regards him. Then a nod. "Perhaps Jonas."

"Mmph."

Tiffany perks an ear up at Frank, then nods "Okay, hint taken. I know when I'm not wanted," But she smiles "Seriously I got another few hours in me if it saves fort ticondaroga"

James grumbles "When can they sign me out?"

"Not yet."

"When your replacement arrives, please get some rest, Thane. Frank, will you contact Jonas?"

"Jaymes, we will see to it as soon as possible. Until then, will you allow me to help? It may not do much good here, but perhaps some."

"Mm. As you wish, Chieftess." And Frank goes to find a connection that will allow him to do so.

"If it will speed things up without risking right ofi gnorance" James grunts "yes" Allowing

She nods. "Thane Tiffany, please keep others from entering for the next few minutes."

She nods and goes out to guard the door. While Frank makes his call to Jonas

"Jaymes, give me your arm." She nods towards the one that does not have an IV in it.

He lifts it, more strength than he had but still weak compared ot his usual might

She quickly puts her hand under his elbow to give support. "I am sorry," she says, surprised by the lack of strength in spite of what she knows to be true.

(Frank) Jonas picks up "Mountain? How can I help?"

"No apologies needed" James says "not from you anyway"

"Come here." Frank gives him directions and addresses "The Chieftess asks for you."

A nod. She takes a marker from the whiteboard near his bed, one covered with nursing shifts and notes. Inside his wrist, she marks some runes of healing. Then again further up the arm. And then once more. Each time, she summons a bit more glamour into the act.

(Frank) "On my way"

A thrumming in Jaymes' arm, traveling through his veins towards the heart. A gentle warmth growing, but not unpleasantly so.

His chest moves with more strength, color comes back to both his mortal and chageling self "thank you. They may find the recovery someone miraculous, but I can down play it a bit if need be"

She grins. "Be just as surprised as they are, but do not subdue the recovery."

James nods, then asks "Frank okay? I know he's worried about me, but he seems wihdrawn"

Her brow furrows and she looks toward the door. "I am not sure. Something is not right, but I do not know what it is. He and I will speak on it."

"mmmph" (he might be stubborn)

She answers with an eyebrow. (I believe I may be familiar with his stubbornness by now.)

Decently to look a bit chagrinned (Yes I suppose you would. Pardon)

"Is there anything else you need me to know before I let Thane Tiffany back in?"

Jonas arrives near Frannk "Sir?"

Jaymes mmph "Sam, try to make sure she knonws i's not her fault"

Brekke considers this and nods. "I will speak with her. But she will be more likely to hear that once you are home from here."

A grunt and nod.

"Rest," she directs him. Then she goes to the door and starts to beckon Tiffany back in, but sees Jonas there.

"Tiffany, you are relieved. Jonas, come in."

Tiffany looks at Jonas "He hates if you steal his lime jello, but pretend to anyway"

Brekke may be amused, but she doesn't let it show much. "Thank you again, Tiffany."

"I.. of course" Jonas nods to Tiffany, thenn the mountain and Chief and in he goes
