"August, we're getting ready for the big April Fool's marathon for the pooka. How soon si soonn?"

"Then you better come over. I'll have a meal prepared for your arrival. You like shrimp?"

"That would be fine, sir. I'll, ah... I'll be there as soon as I can."

"Fantastic. I'll clear the schedule for you"

"Thank you, Sir."

And he goes to find someone who can Flickerflash him there. Bachdion? Earl?

Bachdion pats the rump of the woman he's with, answers the door with a sheet around his waist, then says "Sure"

August blushed violently when the door opened and made mumbled apologies to the lady therein. "Thank you, Sir." and he -does- sound grateful.

"Give me a second and I can dress if you want me to go with you? Or is this a just you thing?" Not offended

"It's just me. That is, who needs to go."

"VAMOOOSE then" and a flash

August staggers as he arrives.

And there's Jude on a large grill cooking for a dozenn kinian and mortals , all enchanted. "Guest of honor is here folks."

A blink. Another. Disbelief.

"Relax.." he hands the apron over to a boggan "Take over, Sanderson! " He puts a hand on August' s shoulder "My house brother and I need to talk"

And they walk off to the safety of the hold as folks applaud for August

"Excellency...." a near-gasp "What.... what on earth....??"

"Relax, August.. it's a party I threw as long as everyone agreed to get shots." As they go into the privatte parts of the Fairy's Wheel

"You said.... guest of honor?" still off balance, and from more than the spell that brought him there.

"It was a joke.. I'm not precognitive. I didn't know you were coming till 15 minutes ago"

"Y... yes, Excellency." he follows until they are in the Fairy's private parts.
