Another pause. "No, My Lady. I guess it depends on when I'll be Sained."

"Well, when you're ready, the Seer can certainly make a determination about what would be best there. I suppose we could go speak with him now...?" An invitation.

"I'd like that, if you have time."

"I do. Let's." She rises from her chair and leads the way to the seer's chamber.

Sir Alamondine 's office appears to be a mess

the door is open, somethings are spilled... a glass of wine.. but rather than pick it up, he appears to be observing

Adam follows her, stopping short when she does.

"Seer?" Coradel pauses at the door, surprised. "Was there a fight?"

"Shhh" He says... nott realizing who he's talking to

She gives a bemused look, and waits patiently...for a few moments more.

The wine seems to spill into a particular shape and there it is...

A dragon like pattern...proud, wings spread. Over an egg shaped gem

or is it a gem shaped egg?

Coradel allows him a bit more meditation. But then eventually she glances at Adam before clearing her throat loudly.

"Oh goodness sake can't you see I'm ..." he turns "Ah, Baroness. Apologies" He bows

"Hello, Seer. Something interesting here?" She indicates the wine spill.

"Quite. I suspect a working of extraordinary mangnituide"

"But not your own? Not a threat, I hope."

"Not my own, and no, not a threat..." Unless I start blabbing too many theories anyway "It's settled now. What can I do for you, my liege?"

"Seer, I bring Adam here with me..." she gestures Adam to enter the room with her. "I'm sure you're aware of his recent transformation. We were discussing his fosterage, and he believes that it would be wise to see if there's some way to determine magically how long it should be before his saining, given his prior exposure to our world."

"Soon as he likes, actually.. buit there are some days more ideal for it"

Adam enters; the perceptive may notice his hand on his sword hilt. He's bald and dressed in black with an armband on his left arm.

"Your suggestions are very welcome, Seer."

"Mmm I see you're still in mourning, Adam" A sympathetic nod "My condolences."

"Thank you."

"Adam, are you functional yet? YOu weren't eating for a while" he says

"I wasn't hungry." subdued. "But I am functioning."

"So it seems. Your mentors were getting desperate" he says

Coradel clears her throat again. "Seer, to the question at hand...? Auspicious times?"

"Ah yes... let me see. Adam, what's your birthday?"

He gives it.

"Ah.. thanks" He checks some star charts "And you transformed on the date of...mmm" Equations fly

"Math..." Coradel sighs with amusement.

"Numerology , which is math with pointy hats" He corrects

And a "Touch of astrology.."

"For flavor?" she quips.

With a wink to Adam.

"It's your hold, I'm your subject, so I'm almost obligated to laugh" He says as he works

"I'll accept a subdued chuckle."

"A mildly-amused snort might even be sufficient."

A chuckle AND snort is provided .. "Here we go." he shows Adam a sheet "Pick one of these three days"

"How? Randomly?"

"Must he pick now, Seer?"

"I'd like to pick now if I may....." he looks for the soonest date, next available.

"Adam...you may wish to consult with your teachers..."

Valentine's day which surely won't clash with anything is the next nearest

Adam looks at the Baroness, confused, his fingers touching the date in the middle of February.

She notes the date and shakes her head. "Not then. The next one, perhaps."

"Okay. Would have been at dawn. Ah.. the 21st"

"But......" still, he looks at the next date "February 21st?"
