SOCKNUKKAH HATH DESCENDED.

Indeed, blue and silver wrapped packages are popping up everywhere, with elegant spider-scrawl labels.

Not every pair is hand knit - the hold is too large for Zara to accommodate them all in a year - but every pair is high quality, and personal. Star Wars for Oswald, cajun puns for Emma, clockwork and wine and books and so on and on.

But some souls do get handmade pairs - the sluagh and sluagh kin, of course, but Zara's closest friends - Cora, August, Vince (Earl goes without saying). And the socks are not limited to Earth Runes, though a certain Varich might be huffy if she realized how a package snuck its way to a pup at SIlverwolf. (Socks AND books, actually)

Vince is prowling around the package (in man form, after having been soundly rebutted on trying to climb a christmas tree), and reaches out to bat at one with his name on it.

Pat, pat!

Surely this is allowed. Pat.

The package goes spinning across the room and lands at the feet of a boggan who is tapping said feet.

"Vince, no." Charity says. "Not until Yule."

HARUMPH! Vince says, in ears and tail, and whisks himself off to another room as though he doesn't care in the least what was in that package.

Charity smiles fondly.
