"Only once, which is why we kept it in reserve" He says.

"Very wise. And the structure follows the design of your creation?"

"We were told to imagine it, and it will be. Of course, it will be autumn, no freehold, but so close to your hold it's no trouble"

"Mmm. In that case, do you want to wait until the appropriate season to bring it into being?"

"No, the season won't matter... pardon, I meant Autumn as in mortal"

"Ahhh, silly me, of course. Well, I need hardly be concerned that you would bring the risk of banality closer to this hold. The two of you together creating a home? Sheer glamour." A wink.

"Thank you" He says "I can't believe we're ready. I... I mean, it just came out." A smile "We'll have to invite you and August over for tea here sometime. Zara will insist"

"We will be delighted. Oh! Should I tell August about this, or do you want to?"

"Mmm" He ponders then says "Actually, perhaps ask Zara that question? She may want the honor herself."

"In that case, I'll wait until you have a chance to tell Zara the good news about this. Although, I suppose she probably already knows." She glances about at the ceiling and the tops of doorways.

"Very likely" He says "Spying is her love language "

A light laugh. "A wonderful trait. Well, I'll come along to the library sometime later today when I think you've had a chance to pretend to surprise her with the good news. Now, Earl, please excuse me."

"Of course" He says "And thanks for ..well, everything"

And Coradel will be 'fashionably late' to her next meeting!

So she will, as she gracefully makes her way down the hallway and off around a corner.
