The sound of a loom, as a tapestry is being made bit by bit

old fingers that look too inflamed to handle things smoothly defy all expectations, as the image grows

she whispers, likely only those nearby have a chance of hearing it

"First I loved for looks, hot blood made me a fool"

"Second I loved for his words, and made myself a puppet , a tool"

"Third I loved for joy, but the happiness had to end."

"Last I loved in misery, one to stand by my side until the end."

"Now I'm alone, and the love is gone, a great pit now unfilled."

"Oh I've loved so many times, and many times I've watched love killed"

"yet with the prods and lightning"

"With the wires and herbs"

"Again and again I revive it"

"Beat of heart, spark of nerve"

"I'm wiser now enough to know"

"I might fall into love's fire again."

It was meant to be a tapestry based on La Belle Dame Sans Merci, but it tells more visually than just depicting a poem.

It touches on elements of the destructive nature of love, the danger, and enticement of it, and how ever, we go back to the joyous doom of it and hope this time, this time, we die in bliss from it

She loses track of time, as a true masterpiece forms under her ministrations, her only other actions mutterings from poetry good and bad, and songs such as "The Queen and the Soldier". What does it matter her voice does not cannot carry?

Should anyone come to the room with the loom, they find an old crone of a sluagh passed out from exhaustion, and a true work of art tapestry done

It is possible at least one spider is in AWE. This woman should have been born with eight legs, she SHOULD have, but wasn't, but that's neither here nor there

And so it is, the spiders gather up in number, and move to the old crone to check her health, scurrying over her with great respect, then begin a weaving of their own.

Such a working is worthy of care, and so is the maker. Strand by strand, weave by weave, the sisters work.

Spider Silk is STRONG, stronger than most realize for its origin and size, and when interwoven? All the more

And so it comes to pass that Beldame is lifted and then lovingly placed into a resting place, not unlike a gothic hammock , of spider web, artfully and strongfully crafted in the very room she used to do her work.

The tapestry just as lovingly put to the wall behind her, though it was.. draining for such small creatures to pulley it up

And then, the sisters go out to spread word to Zara and Velvet
