In her absence, someone decorated the Library! However, someone else, likely Vashti, has undecorated it properly. There might still be a few bits missed, or perhaps allowed to remain, such as the "You're the MANE event!" card. But the streamers, balloons, and party hat and feather boa on that one bust in the corner, removed. Alas, no one appreciates good work these days.
