Monseiur Brunnette gives an in character leer but introdduces "Miss Scarlet here to join the Murder investigation, no doubt"

Mrs White/Vashti sighs "Oh dear" A stage whisper to Zara "Professor, I am so sorry, that woman has arrived but we can't refuse her. Mr. Body insisted"

Zara is absolutely shimmering. She splays a hand on her chest and bows slightly, over so formally.

She releases Brunnette's arm, and breezes into the room. "Well, of course, I heard of the impending demise, so naturally I knew you'd all wish for my assistance. Professor Plum, how lovely to see you!" she effuses, resting her hands on Zara's shoulders and leaning close to bestow air kisses a good six inches away from either cheek.

A little flinch at the kissies. She does understand it is in character. "Ah. Miss Scarlett."

She's already off, moving around the room as an actor might move around a stage to "own" the space, and in the process making sure everybody gets to see her from all angles. "So, has the bloodshed occurred? I do prefer to be fashionably late to a murder, but needs must."

"A touch early, Miss Scarlet" Mrs/ White Vashti says "Shall I get you wine? I know you prefer ...Red"

"Aye. Alas, all yet seem to be alive."

"Oh, well. Yes, wine would be lovely." She poses artfully by the fireplace. "Who else are we expecting?"

A knock at the door.

"I'll get it" Says Shallimar in a Bulter oufit.

Vashti whips around, and LOOKS at Shalimar "DARLING.." A whisper that is too loud "THis is supposed to be based on the card game thy Tim Curry fixation tis most out of ..."

"I have it, Mrs White, See to tea" Wadsworth /Shailmar opens the door to let in their next guest

Reverend Green is there, dressed in black long-sleeve shirt and pants, and a green vest. He has eshewed the white collar, though.

Sweeping in to take the Reverend's arm smoothly as if they was MEANT to walk in together, is dignified, dapper, and possibly dangerous military man. In dress as the great white imperialist hunter, with formal jacket of rich mustard and adorned with medals. A glorious set of mustachios 'disguises' Vince, and the pith helmet - khaki, though leaning in shade to mustard, of course, tucked under an arm completes the look.

The Reverend is startled, but adapts.

"May I have your invitations?" Wadsworth says , then in a lower voice "Left MINE a t home"

Miss Scarlet, checks that her dress and pose are just-so before the new arrivals enter the room.

Mrs white sighs to the Professor "At times like this, I wish I were a Praying Mantis"

"Wadsworth, my good man, pray, do not make a stink."

Zara is really, really trying not to giggle again.

Trying.

Failing.

"Colonel Bast..er Mustard here for the Muder to be, as is Reverend Green" Wadsworth says as he guides them in

August seems genuinely stunned, caught between Miss Scarlet's pose and outfit, and Zara's giggles.

"Colonel! Reverend! Well, isn't this delightful!"

"Bast, as in the goddess, I see that you recognize my regal standing." A nod to Wadsworth with a smile.

"Reverend. Colonel." Zara-bows to each.

Miss Scarlet breezes across the room and bestows her trademark air-kisses upon each.

Her hand is swept up and brushed with a kiss, though it's really just a tickle of those mustachios. "Good Professor!"

...though her approach might be interrupted by the Colonel's attention to the Professor. Hmph!

Wadworth is already going to the door, but Mustard is offered a cordial from Mrs Whit'es tray. The professor is offered tea

And surely Miss Scarlet got her red wine?

Zara takes the teacup, but she is clearly looking/waiting for someone.

She did!

She tastes it, finds it...acceptable.

"You are both looking exceptionally well," she says to the Reverend and the Colonel, a bit of flirt in her eyes.

"Pardon me, have we met? Charmed, charmed I say." He greets the lady as though for the first time... then stage whispers to her, "Worry not, it is I, Vince!"

After all, he is in disguise.

She hides another grin behind her cup.

She puts her hand to her mouth in false surprise, then clears her throat and looks around for somebody to introduce her to this gentleman. It would be common for her to introduce herself, after all.

Wadworth says "this is Miss Harlo... Scarlet. Miss Scarlet, this is Col. Bas..mustard" A tilt of his head "Pardon, I must get the door" And off he goes

August takes the air-kisses with an absent air, and blinks.

The briefest glare at Wadsworth, and then a false laugh as she offers the Colonel her hand. "Charmed to make your acquaintance."

"Ch... charmed."

She looks back to the Reverend, and a little wink and a grin to him.

Zara is rather grateful for Coradel and Vince's showiness, as well as the support from Shalimar and Vashti. While gregarious, for a sluagh, it helps to not be entirely at the center of attention while still being included.

Wadsworth comes in with the latest guest, and none recognize her. A peahen pooka, but the dress seems to consist of peacock patterns. A dignified stoic women with a prim beak nose. She is tall, her well coifed hair silvering slightly at the sides.

Miss Scarlet looks at the new arrival with some surprise, then looks to the Professor to see if there's any recognition there?

Colonel Mustard is also looking over the new arrival in admiration, but without recognition.
