Bennny asks "Sir? You going to enter the contest for crafts?"

This is in August's study.. and yes, h was asking Augustt

"I usually don't... and yet somehow, do." with some amusement.

"It's others, they'll present your work because they know it's good and you deserve a chancne, Baron Sir" A smile

"I know they mean well."

"Yup. Want me to get you more tea?"

"Thank you, that would be nice. Please, make sure you have something for yourself."

"Yes, sir. Thank you" And off he goes

August watches him go with a small smile; he's a good lad, and does good work at the manor and at home. Then he returns to his studies.

Pre-law and paralegal.... there's a lot to remember.

So much.

And the boy gets a tea cup back for him

"Thank you." He takes it, sips, and rubs an eye. "Your studies are going well?"

"Yes!" A smile then "Well, almost"

"Almost? Have you encountered challenges?"

"With my math" He blushes

"Ahhh..." understanding "What seems to be the trouble?"

"numbers are boring"

An understanding smile "I have to admit, I enjoy the written language more than numberics, myself. Perhaps we have someone at EarthRunes who might help you find the interest in them?"

"Sounds like less play time, Sir" A sad face

"Maybe just till you catch up? Get a handle on it, and then balance your study and play times."

"I suppose. But it sure would be nice if there was a rreward at the end. Like, i get my math grade up, and I get coconut pie!"

"I'm sure that can be arranged." August observes.

"Really?" A hopeful light "It doesn't have to be a big one but boy, I'd study hard for that"

"Done." August rises "Let's see if we can find Dame Agencourt."

"Sure" He takes his drink ready to follow

August walks with him to the wing where the Dougals (and mostly Dame Agencourt) have set up shop.

Dame Agincourt boggan grump and Trebuchet wizard turns to greet him

"Dame." he nods respectfully.

"What can I do you for, Baron?"

"Young Benjamin here has encountered a challenge with his mathematics. I'm not the best I know at math, myself; languages are more my purview. I was wondering if you knew anyone at EarthRunes who might be able to help explain math, make it interesting for him?"

"Mmm " she eyes the boy, then says "I'll give it a crack. He'll learn just what arc you need to hit a rounded tower"

"A practical lesson!" August encourages Benny "What do you think?"

"COOL... demolishing towers sounds interesting! " He looks at Dame Aginncourt "Please, Ma'am?"

"mmph.. you know how to make coffee?" She asks

"Yes" he says

"then fine..." The bogganness says
