Zara nods. "More sluagh influence shall do her well."

"She does seem to have a troll who looks after her now and then, the stone one? Do you think she'll erode? If she hold still too long, shall she gather moss?"

"Oh, mayhaps when she shifts seemings?"

"Maybe, trolls do respect their elders, one of their wiser traits" She agrees "of course, as a childling, I must a times get into trouble so grumps will feel useful getting me out of it, just as you, a wilder, must defy the old regime ever so politely before becoming a grump opressor yourself." Clearly Lily knows there's an orderly circle to all this

Lily sips contentedly. While as a childling she is allowed to be gregarious without judgement, it is hopeful that once she becomes a wilder, she will not suffer from Zara's own ... affliction. To be fair, most other sluagh seem to think Zara has borne her handicap with great poise, and uses it to her benefit

...and being a witch helps, a little.

"What will you do with the Dragonpeel?" She eyes the molt now bristling with glamour from the aborted rite

"Mm. Let me omen it - I want to be certain imbuing it with a dream shall bear no harm to Bronte."

"Oh.. I never want to hurt Bronte!" the girl gasps

"I know that. So - let us explore what da'an says together. Perhaps you may fill the skin with an eldricht dream in the end..."

"maybe, would that be okay?"

"IF the omen is okay, that is"

Zara nods. "I wish to protect Bronte, but I would not stop a young witch from exploring necromancy or other domestic arts. Have you considered needlecraft?"

"Symon told me how they used to stich lips and eyes together on corpses for some cultures. I THINK he was serious?"

"Oh, aye! Symon is very knowledgable."

"But I got to help him stitch things. Needlecraft is fancier, but, I could try? Do you think Miss Lizbet likes needlepoint? Perhaps we could have a tea AND Kniting circle?"

"Tea and tatting would be alliterative..."

"Oh yes, it does"

"And you, miss, might benefit from some time at the Haven ere you try to create a lich."

"Only a little one" She makes two fingers close together gesture

Zara nods. "Much easier to manage. Travel-sized."

"if doom fits in your handbag, it's much easier to take to school" She says almost sagely

"Unless it's a gun, those are tacky and loud" She huffs

"I know right? Marggilta loves them. I am very glad I don't stay close to her"

"There is?" her eyes light up over her tea cup "With twist turns and tricks, where keen senses and a smart mind are better than brute muscle or sharp teeth?" She loves being a sluagh, but clearly some redcap childlinng is lording his or her teeth over her

Zara nods, and tells of Gerd's paramour - one Wudlig, of Combecatte.

"Ooo I knew she had a boyfr.. err parramour. I did not know that was his specialiy" She ponders "I shall have to find a way to buy his services so he may build a dungeon I can trap some friends in"
