"Of course," she says with a smile, and some curiosity.

"What do you think...." he muses, glance towards the Garden where the Namer went "Of asking him to stay on? Become your Court Namer?"

"Oh...do you think he would?" She takes the suggestion very seriously; August does not make such recommendations lightly.

"You're absolutely right, of course."

"I think you should consider it." he takes her hand and kisses the fingertips "Offer him... tax-free status. A workshop of his own, resources and supplies. A stipend."

"Yes...yes, he's absolutely worth that." She moves a bit closer, the brush of his lips on her fingertips drawing her nearer. "A valuable asset."

"And...I do like him," she murmurs with a smile.

He kisses her softly. "He would be a good fit."

"Yes," the kiss returned. "Is this...did he request it?"

"No. It's my thought, alone."

"Mmm...I like your thoughts," she murmurs, claiming another soft kiss.

And the party continues.. and MOST are quite happy

A bit later, after a very public display of affection with her husband, a very pleased Coradel seeks out Namer Rosco...before he vanishes!

(August has gone to wash the lipstick off....)

So Rosco comes in to return to the party

With her lipstick retouched as needed, Coradel looks (of course) glorious as she approaches the Namer. "Rosco, that was splendid. I am absolutely delighted with the Naming!"

"Of course, Minerva is not quite as thrilled, but she will find her way through. I think it will be a fine experience for her, when she can look back on it."

"Oh thanks... I'm pleased with your whiskey" A wink, then at mention of Minerva "yeah, the young lady is more solid than she was, but it's still rough to roll with , sained or not. Good news is, this is a Fiona hold. Your House tendss to give commoners some respect"

"Oh, she has a place here, and we'll make sure she has opportunity to live up to as close to her dreams as she can get."

"May I get you a fresh drink?"

"You're not easily fazed, are you Coradel?" He approves "Oh I'll go at my own pace. and forgive me, this seems informal now, if Coradel is overstepping I'll blame the liquor"

He doesn't really seem even tipsy yet. Then again, it's possible he has an artificial liver

"Oh, I suppose I have been fazed, indeed," she says with a slight souring of her tone. Then she brightens again, "For tonight, certainly, you may call me Coradel, Rosco. But I do request a favor -- will you hear out an offer I'd like to make?"

August .... circulates.

"Mmm? Well at my age , whatever you offer let's make sure it's one I'll survive"

"Get in line, Friend Namer!" Vince calls as he slides past.

He is waiting upon Kylie and Zing this evening - either, or both, if they shall have him...

Both ladies move to VInce's side

"Furking puss in boots, thanks for bringing us into this work" Kylie kisses Vince on the lips. ZIng does it from the other side

"Today, i am a woman" zing blushes " With pockets!"

and the kisses him too

Her laugh rings out, first at Rosco, and then at Vince as he goes by. She blows the pooka a kiss, and then returns her attention to Rosco. "I think you just might survive, yes. I would like to invite you to take up residence as EarthRunes' official Namer. I would be delighted to have you here, and I believe that we can come to an arrangement that would be most beneficial to you."

Vince is QUITE OKAY with this...

"I'm retired... " Rosco shakes his head "I've my own little workshop already set up"

August, seeing a conversation is on-going, makes his way 'round to Pooka Central.

"Oh, I could never... never never EVER.... well, maybe just this once..." Vince is purring to the ladies.

"Yes, and why not keep it...but also have space here? And retain official tax-free status?" A smile.

"With bells on?" Zing says

"Only if you are able to bell the cat!"

"It's not as dirty as it soundss" KYlie the nocker tells folks

BLUSHING

Eventually, August clears his throat nearby.

"Ahem..." Rosco says "Because If I start working regularly around here, it's not retirement.. wait, did you say tax free?"

"Did I? Well, I suppose I did!" A flirty smile. "And perhaps...a stipend."

"Oh this is Bachdion's plot isn't it? He's trying to get me to interact with folks again, young punk set me" Yes, it appears he considers the satyr YOUNG

Bachdion leans over to August interupting his throat cleaning "Look at this..." He gestures "She's reeling him in I think. Hard to tell from here"

"Truthfully, no. Although I think if I spoke to Bachdion about this, he'd certainly agree."

"Then how are you knowing what buttons to press?" Rosco mmmph

"Stand fast, Sir. Wait."
