August gets a request from Lord Hume, "Baron? Do you have a moment?"

He looks up from his studies. "Yes? Of course, Lord Hume, come in."

"I've ... two things... well, for now one thing.. I've been working on a program, I think I've created a way to find the best musing areas in the barony"

"That's... interesting."

"But I .. I started to wonder.. is it .. I read those books you suggested. I think this is one thing were .. 'just because you can, doesn't mean I should'? I wanted your advice."

"I'm honored. Please, will you sit?" he invites "Something to drink?"

He sits down "Uhm sure"

August has some tea brought in.... "....unless there's something else you'd care for?"

"this is fine, Baron. See, the problem is, .. if this knowledge ggets out, it's like a guide for ravagers"

He nods. "I agree."

"So.. I shouldn't do it?"

"I wouldn't rush to action, no." he says "It is a conundrum."

August's brow furrows in thought.

"I suppose I could try to keep the knowledge to a select few but.. that doesn't help the commonenrs who need dreamers morre"

"May I ask a question that I hope will not offend?"

"Go ahead, Baorn"

"This method of locating Dreamers.... it isn't.... banal?"

"Not to suggest you'd do anything to endanger Dreamers, understand, only a concern that a wholesale identification like this might, ah, kill the goose. As it were."

"mm it does't identtify dreamers so much as where Dreamers thrive?"

"Geographically?"

"Yes... " A nod

He nods slowly. "That's... less problematic. I think."

"But I can run more tests, see if there's a glamour fatigue?"

"And that would be....?"

"The idea that presumpion and entitlement might be a touch banal.. "

"It is selfish, at least."

A frown "Andn you think that could skew the program?"

"Lord Hume, I must admit to being .... almost entirely lost about this program of yours. I don't know what it is or how it work, so to say if selfishness could skew the program...."

"oh.. fair point" he sighs

The Liam Baron smiles slightly "We need an interpreter."

"Oh.. well, maybe I should talk to the girl I rescued"

"I did hear something of that. Congratulations."

"Thank you. i believe your wife is going to pin a medal on me and then possibly have me draw and quartered"

August nods. "She hasn't spoken to me about her intentions."
