She nods, satisfied. Another kiss, briefer this time. "Come. We will speak with Hume."

And they go to do so.

At Hume's quarters, Coradel gives three quick knocks on the door.

"Come in" Hume says

In other holds, the Baroness might request that people come to her in her audience chamber...but right now, Coradel can't be bothered with that nonsense. She opens the door and enters, August following. "Lord Hume."

HE rises and bows, that crack pop of his spine

She gives a nod in return. "We have need of some more information regarding Rachel. Regarding her family, more accurately."

August nods in greeting.

"Oh sure.. what do you want to know?"

"Contact information, first. For her brother Weatherly and her mother...August, did you get the mother's name?"

"Monica." Hume answers

August's mouth opens, then closes.

He does look confused.

Coradel looks impressed by Hume, and then puzzled by August's confusion. "I thought you said you had not heard from Weatherly. And we do need to contact one or both of them."

"Took it off your phone, Baron August.. did a search"

"I have not. I gave him my phone number and am waiting for him to contact me."

"I meant with Chronos... I.. sorry" A tapping

"Then why do you look confused," Coradel asks August.

"I didn't get her mother's name, but Hume had it."

"Right, because I got the number from.. you know what , it's Techmagic," The Dougal sighs "I have cantrips and I mix them with computers."

"Whatever works," Coradel waves off the particulars.

He looks grateful that she has. Then Hume says "Numbers and emails are sent to your phone"

"And can you look into the mother? Monica? I don't mean anything exhaustive, but if something jumps out at you...."

"Let's see, her go fundme helped but not enough, lots of sad posts about her daughter, old pictures on Facebook.. wow, Rachel was kind of cute . Anyway Monica misses her. Her family tries to stop her from going to see her daughter because htey worry it tears her up but she sneaks out past them and they don't exactly lock her up. "

Again, that impressed look. "That was quick. I suppose asking more about Weatherly would not be a burden?"

"Let's see, Pre law.. his mom is proud of him. Seems to have a thing for redheads." A brow, then he eyes August "This is a bit creepy"

A glance at August, and then back to Hume. "Surely only a coincidence."

"Okay? Is this a prank?" A blink at them both

whatever he saw has added to the weird factor

"What is it?"

"A few years ago he considered becoming a preacher" A look at August "Are you two funning me?"

August looks... sheepish.

"He, ah, plans to go into social and environmental law." not far from August's vague plans either.

Coradel frowns. "Hume...what can you see about his past?"

"That could take a while... what do you want me to look for if anything?"

"If he just appeared recently...then I am suspicious."

"mmm okay, found some baby pictures. " A look over it

Coradel has seen some of August's baby pictures. She leans over Hume's shoulder to take a look.
