Zara notices an odd thing...

Minerva, running through the halls as her clothing seems to be falling off. In a Fiona hold, disrobing is sadly common, but it would appear it is not the sidhe doing this, but the stitches, one by one, her dress seems to be breaking up

Brow.

She may not make it to her room

She retrieves a blanket from one of the chairs, and waits with it in the hallway.

"Blast blast blast..." She hops

"oh thank you, Miss Zara" the young woman grabs the blanket and wraps it about herself

"Pooka?"

"I... may have snooped in the Jester's room. I had no idea he'd be so vindictive"

She huffs

"Ahh. Well, it is less vindictive and more..." She taps her chin, searching for the word. "He is a pooka. Mind, he understands that he may well get as well as he gives."

"Somehow I doubt it. Sidhe birhrights are supposed to protect me from embarrasment. How did hee work this? I sense no cantrip"

"Could have been physical... nip every other stitch or so..."

"Oooo" she hisses "You break into one room. He had to know having secrets would make me curious"

"Surely. But pooka cannot change their stripes."

"And skunks definitely have stripes" A sigh "Yes, I suppose. I hope he ends it here"

"That depends on you, I would think"

Zara nods.

"How are you, Miss Zara?" She asks "I feel rather like I've been monopolozing the moment"

"I am well, thank you."

"I'm glad. The library seems to be thriving"

And they settle for tea as someone fetches her clothes

"i've been doing reseach on bookwyrms. I suspect Bronte has good status among her kind's ranking"

Zara smiles. "She does."

"It's entirely possible she's on her way to being bookwyrm noblity.. though that's not the right term. The meritocracy is very complicated"

"Ah.. yes, it is."

"the Baroness suggested I search for secrets before my saining. I didn't pry into yours, but I confess I did pry into Bronte's. Her family line is impressive"

"Ah?" Zara goes to get tea.

"Indeed, it turns out, that some family lines have.. ah hero bookwyrms? If she's of the line I think, her great grandmother rescued some scrolls from China's communist take over. "

"Fascinating!" Pouring cups.

"Quite. And another of her relations may have over seenn the work on the book of Kells"

She settles the sidhe into a nook with a little table. "Bronte herself is of course brave and heroic..."

Apparently Zara the closed-mouthed can kvell as much as any Jewish mother about the merits of her bookwyrm...

And Minerva listens, and looks impressed , "Why how fierce... " "However did she think of that?" "Hissed at a dragon?"

"See, she is a most brave and impressive bookwyrm..."

"Clearly" A brow ""I ..forgive, are you keeping HER Biography written?"

"Ah..." Blink.

"It's just, it sounds worthy of recordin, and to write a book about her might boost her prestige even more"
