She would certainly recognize August's tones. And then Coradel's.

Blatant eavesdropping!

Earl delights

Ah...apparently Coradel was in a celebratory mood when she returned, and located August in the library. The voices are not so much in deep discussion....this is more about enthusiastic kissing.

And a certain amount of insistent negotiation.

Zara allows herself to be heard as she turns the handle on the door.

Rustling sounds.

Coradel is murmuring, "Well, if you insist....but we will resume in short order," which sounds like a promise. Then they step out from the bookcases.

Zara enters with Earl.

August smoothes his clothing and tucks his unruly hair back up onto his head.

Earl comes in "August, Coradel."

August clears his throat. "Hello, Earl. Zara." a smile "Your trip was pleasant?"

"Very much so, yes."

"Oh, I'm glad you're back. Did all go well with the unicorn after I left?"

"Actually, White Run is back too and apologizingg to Leonora, at least that's his plan" Earl says

"Oh...I hope Leonora's in the mood for an apology. If not, Whiterun might be in for a battle."

"She seemed in good spirits, generally, in her recovery."

"Well,w ith thistlesnort back I imagine she's in a better mood" Earl observes

"No doubt."

"That's good...but I still imagine it could be quite a show."

"Should we go rescue Whiterun?" Earl inquires

"I think so, yes." She is holding August's hand as she heads for the door.

And of course, August goes along with.

Earl looks at Zara to see if she wants to come along

Zara does!

Bronte flutters along to see as well

A small parade heads for Leonora's recovery room.

Coradel resists the urge to ask a boggan to bring popcorn. That would be tacky.

"Ah.. uh... we're not of the same species.. and I'm a dream of purity... " Whiterunn's voice can be heard "Please stop strokingg my horn like that?"

"Oh but it's so Looooong... and HAAAAAARDD...." Leo's voice is full vamp

August slows.

Coradel's expression is delighted. "Oh, LeoNORRRRaaaa....!"

"oh wow" Earl blushes sympathetically for the beast

.... and stops, his hand and armed pulled forward by Coradel's momentum and maybe out of her grip as well.

"I said I would repay my debt but I .. oh you can't be serious" Whiterun says 'Your own kind is more..."

Oh, yes, Coradel's hand slips free as she unabashedly proceeds.

"It's okay, we have CENTAURS now.. there's a precedent"

August looks borderline horrified, perhaps on behalf of the unicorn.

as Coradel openns the door, Whiterun bursts out with speed that would put most horses to shame... "nononnnonnono..."

and shoots by them

August leaps aside to avoid being trampled.

Coradel makes room as he gallops by, and laughs.

And Leonora's laughter can be heard in echoing "Oh I'm bad"

Zara is rather pink.

As is August.

Earl has more of a lavender thing

"Wonderfully bad!" Coradel smiles as she enters the room. "And you had a right to your vengeance!"

August clears his throat, looks at the doorway, and then towards where the unicorn ran.
