Among the sluagh, word spreads almost faster than text... it mattes not trods must be crossed and tea arranged.

Glorian Leech, a nigh immortal boogie man among their kith is in fact, very real. Very rich. And he has crossed lines and brought about his doom

Some of the slaugh about the area have mixed feelings. They might feel an urge to go to the aid of one of their own normally, but this, this action fuels all the biases against their kith

Zara passes the cup and saucer to Gluminski. "Aye, his flamboyance would make us all appear cartoon villains, as if we do not already face mistrust..."

"And rumors have it, a Varich helped bring the hunters he employed down, the lies that will gain strength if that Sun Daughter has her way," A humph, "It is our lot in Fate I suppose, to be never fully trusted as a kith"

"Aye and so. Sugar, Miss Velvet?"

"yes please," Velvet says "I find it more disturbing that Leech's residence may have secrets to our kith that have been looted by those who should not know"

"My understanding is the treasures have found their way to Rivervale. Perhaps the Denier might see what they hold."

"Probably cursed," Gluminnski offers "The treasures, not the denier"

at the edge of the table a low hiss. Possibly the wilders and grump knew she was there, but one must indulge childlings, as a girl's voice goes "Invite three, the fourth one comes"

Lily really is adorable at times

she has clearly tried to play up the fairy tale trope by showing up

"So it must be. Biscuit?"

A childling is still to be accorded tea, after all. Manners maketh sluagh.

"yes, please," Lily looks bedraggled, a bit mussed. less dusty and more dirty though she has wiped herself down some "Mister Gluminnski, you look particularly ill fated today sir. "

"Charming childe," Mister Gluminksi smiles toothlessly

As the oldest sluagh here, he is given extra respect

Zara pours tea for the childling, and places two stale cookies on the saucer.

Lily beams. She is now to wait her turn before speaking, and wants to seem mysterious, but they can tell she's bursting at the seams.

Squire Velvet shows little mercy, "I do hope some books were taken from Leech's library"

"If the rumor is true, he is an Eternal... imagine, aye, the treasures he might have held."

"he would be a fool to keep them at one location, even a commoner held province" Gluminski ponders, "no he would have boltholes through out concordia, perhaps further"

"Mmm... but like calls to like. One book could help locate the rest..."

"A good idea, but how to get our hands on that one book?" Velvet sips

"Mm. Rivervale is wary of outsiders."

Lily twitches, she's trying SO hard to be good

"If we only had an insider there... someone small, who could be inconspicuous..."

"but where would we find such a one?" Gluminski ponders

"It is indeed a conundrum" A sigh from the Squire

Lily's cute little face is squirming.. just the face

Finally she can't hep it, "I could do it!" not a yell of course

"Oh?"

The little girl covers her mouth "your pardon. my best friend is a pooka" As if that explains her slip in manners

"I date a boggan," Velvet nods sympathetically, "He's far too free with talk at times."

"We are all helpless before the eroision of others influence" Gluminski sighs "Such is the danger of interaction"

"Indeed, Mister Gluminski. So, Miss Lily - you think you could find one of the books?"

"i belive I could. I have advantages" Lily says, regaining decorum, "You see.. I was at one of the battles"

Gluminski raises a brow at this

Velvet looks intrigued "Did you see any sidhe die?"

Lily shakes her head "Alas, no, Squire Velvet. But I was on the Kestrel. It was disturbing, but i clungg to the ceiling of the hold"

Lily sips "The Chieftain is terribly fussy about things, so I thought it best not to bother her with details."

"Oh, no. Very wise to stay hidden..."

Velvet nods "My own liege, a ggood man, is prone to fretting"

"If I may?" Lily says , not asking permission to talk, but rather to share much at once , and once granted, she describes much of what was seen at the hunter's lodge. She did not partake of the battle, but she did observe and can detail the various participants actions in more detail

Zara nods as she listens, paying careful and respectful attention.

"That was the other group, I know onnly Dagmar severed his limb , and Mountain Frank took him away." She ponders "HOlding one of us, even missing a hand is hard, but Sir Vali has the power of putting one in stasis. Winter sleep. Perhaps?" Lily squirms. She wished she had more sure info there

"As it should be, aye... bondage does not suit us."
