"Oh by Aife's ass, that man..." she grouses "Why didn't he just put it on a billboard" Suddenly the 'yoink' is being redirected to a private, hopefully sluagh free boggan free room

"Oh, I think he's been about as good as he possibly can be, if what I suspect is true...." Coradel murmurs quietly as she is the one now being dragged along.

"Well, I wanted to be the one to tell you, and that twit did everything but send up flares. Bad enough he's got me pregnant..."

"Eeeee!" Almost childlike excitement. "You said it! You did it! Both of you! Yes!!!" And Claire is drawn into a happy hug! (Coradel knows perfectly well that to be cautious of hugging too hard at this stage is ludicrous.)

A hug back, "Okay, it's not completely miserable.. yet. But as the months go by I'm going too look like a beached whale and my armor won't fit. And I can't drink alchohol, and argh. Meanwhile Magnus is just going to walk around with that shit eating grin"

"Oh, you'll make sure he pays for that grin by taking the midnight feedings when the baby is here. Claire, this is wonderful. And I don't think it'll be quite so bad as you think...but if it is, tell me how I can help make things easier, and it'll be done." Sincere and enthusiastic.

"Just don't coddle me, too much, or let the others. I want to stay active and in shape as long as I can" She admits

"Of course! Oh, honestly, that's probably best for the baby, too. Athletic mommy, athletic baby." This seems obvious to her. A pleased sigh. "Any idea when the new arrival is due?"

"well I.." Alarm "Oh dear lord, the kid's going to be a Scorpio .. I think"

"Oooooh, a near-Samhain baby? Oh, my, that will be exciting!"

"She and I will have a death duel one day, it's the way of Scorpios"

She MIGHT be joking

"Oh, you'll join forces to take on a foe together," she says confidently.

An admisssion "I almost aborted"

Coradel's smile falters. "Oh. Oh, you...I'm sorry, I assumed from Mangus's smile that...Oh, Claire, if this isn't what you want, well, of course I'll support you." A quick gear shift. "What do you need?"

"No no.." She acttually softens and gives her a hug "I.. I've decided to have the child. I .. had help removing some dangers. "

"Dangers? What sort of dangers?" An outraged frown is forming; who would DARE?!

"Dangers that might have come" She says taking her hand "Not ones that were here yet . Relax. I'm good. Wow, you are going to be one fierce arcadian grand mother " A smile

Coradel relaxes into a smile again. "Oh, honestly, give me an opportunity to love and protect a new family member, and what else would you expect?!" Whatever Claire may have expected, Coradel seems unconcerned about the grandmother title.

The Ailil's face softens a bit further "thank you"

"Now, let's find some tea, and you tell me what you've already got planned. Don't tell me you haven't planned anything -- I may not be Gwydion, but I'd know that for a lie as soon as it left your lips."

"The list for possible names was MEANT to be no bigger than ten!" She confesses "I've got FIFTY..." And they walk to get tea
