The chick is gently carried out (in the teacup), as she searches for Delores.

She finds Delores talking to Charity "Yes yes I'll make sure you get help cleaning up feathers and seeds I just.." She turns oH' Hello, Miss Zara"

A little bow, though her hands are occupied.

"Miss Delores. Ah - I may require your assistance?"

"Oh.. oh dear" she looks down "Oh, you got a little one"

"Aye? She is rather a polite little thing, isn't she?"

"Are there.. ah.. others?"

"Full grown chickens" She eyes the chick "I must say, yours is the cutest. "

"I take it you'd like to take her off your hands?"

"Well, I could contact Miss Clementine..."

"Just who I was thinking of actually, the DeBukes would probably put them to good use" A look at the little chick "Besides, I'm afraid this little one would end up as catchow for Curiosity"

"That mustn't be!"

"Why, see? She's a proper little lady."

"I think definitely the farm then" She nods, "I'll make sure of it. We owe them for the schooling they do for some of the children. " A look "I hope they keep the outfit on her while it still fits. It's really well done. " A beat "Your sister's work you think?"

"But I'm sure she shall deny it."

"Pooka are good at that" She nods "I'll care care of her, Zara, don't you worry. I'll bring the cup back, of course. "

"Thank you, Miss Delores." She gives the chick a gentle little boop with a spidery fingertip.

And Delores nods "most welcome." And she carries the little thing off to make a few calls to the farm

And Vince, of course, finds a rhode island red in fishnets with a cigarette in her beak on his bed.

He looks over at her, takes a moment, blinking.

"Was it good for you, too?"

BWKAAK! She declares

"Me too, Chookie." And snuggles up, offering a share of the covers.

To be fair, she's quite content to snuggle! one should never judge a lady by her fashion sense
