Quatre and 1122 are having a spidery discussion, before the former scuttles to join the Rivervale sluagh.

He gums at a bit of tea cake. "Well. I guess?"

Offering a hand towards the spider. "Now or never."

And quatre leaps upon his hand and is ready

"We trust you shan't embarrass us, Mister Lee" Madame Gray sips her tea

Wait.. MISTER? that's.. that means something in sluagh circles

He blinks, and straightens up - he 's got a good couple extra inches in that squishy spine there. "I will not embarrass you. I will succeed, or die quietly so that we may try again."

Zara bows to Symon, as DeVere goes to show him the hidden paths to Dry Tears.

And DeVere and Symon (And Quatre) depart.

Lily waits... then scrunches her face

"I'm believing in him real hard" She explains her face still scrunched

"Ah. Excellent."

"Sweet child" Marzanna nods "My turn to pour?"

"Aye, so it is."
