"Well, I wasn't going to, at first, honestly. I couldn't see the point. I mean, of course, I have to be able to make my way in the mortal world as well as the fae, but my host family is wealthy, and I'm sure to have an inheritance some day, so there's a good financial buffer already. But...well, my husband is a bit of a sneak, and he kept leaving these college brochures around. He said they were colleges he was looking at for himself...but the ones with the equestrian programs always seemed to be flipped open." She grins. "I got intrigued. And to be honest, it's not that I dislike all of the classes. Some of them do get terribly banal, but the moments where I learn something new that I care about really do make it worthwhile."
