Animals need feeding, even on weekends. Adam tends them, enjoying the interaction. And there are his lessons; it doesn't even feel like school, and he doesn't mind spending weekend time on it. It's .... satisfying, to learn from his mentors.

And then there's Betty. And Alanza.

Zane trots up "How goes it?"

"DUDE!!!" Adam hugs Zane.

"Hey man" He hugs him "I missed you, but don't tell anyone. "

"And truthfully ? Studying man.. learning the magic, oh and that quest. By now the package is delivered so I can tell.. we got these magic cookies that turn you from one kith to the other but only a short time. There was this CRAZY Market ..."

"Dude... what?" He listens, all ears.

"Oh yeah, it was WILD. I can't remember it all, because dreaming... but there was a death duel with a dinosaur.. and another group after the same thing, and crumbling trods!"
