A frustrated huff "I suppose that's..fair. Not that i want fair. I want my man back"

"What of your family?"

"Some of them understand and accept" She shrugs "Some don't understand but accept. Some don't undersatand, don't accept, but they do tolerate. Then some won't tolerate. That last group I can live without. I got lots of cousins, Baron"

He nods. "I have the honor of knowing some of them. And to them belong the future. I hope your Great Aunt is healing well?"

"She's up and about again or I wouldn't be here I'd be there helping her out" She nods "But it's kind of you to ask. She is, for her flaws, a good woman"

"She must be. She is a DeBuke."

"Oh we've had some black hats in our past, but the familyh frowns on Dirty laundry so.. you understand if I don't go into detail"

"Of course."

She finishes her juice then sets it down "Thank you again, Baron. I am grateful." And she rises to go

He stands as well. "May I walk you out? How did you come here, can I provide you escort?"

"Oh I'll be fine. I bullied Earl into giving me a lift"

Adam carries his workout gear into the area. As he sets it down, he tilts his head and then recognizes the other young man.

But, he does not interupt.

His blade goes snicker snak

He's good. He doesn't LOOK good, mind you, boggans just aren't ..that impressive? But his form and speed look solid

Adam gears up but wait until the other guy comes to a stop.

"Oh? Hi. Adam. how goes it?"

He does noticde him

"Hey. Squire Tylar, right?"

"Yes, ap Liam," he says "And you're Adam Thomas. How are you fitting in?"

"Ok, I guess. Listen, I wanted to say thank you for the other day. You, like, out of the blue reminded me I had an appointment with Sir Seirgi? Anyway, thanks. I owe you a solid."

"Oh no it's.. it's alright. I was just helping. It's what boggans do." He shrugs "Seriously." A pause "Though if you want to spare ? i could use a moving target"

Adam nods. "Sure." He gets his practice weapon and steps in.

Adam doesn't parry, he steps out of range and then back in, quickly; a dance.

With Adam's reach, he has an edge, but the boggan might surprise him, weaving, anticipating, and pressing without risking himself too easily
