Coradel flicks her wrist to have her bow in hand, arrow on the string, as they follow Vince's lead.

He slinks forward, towards the source of the scent. Stealth is not this majestic prancing cat's strong suit, but he does his best to approach without fanfare.

And that's when Coradel's stubborn will pierces where eyes would fail. There is a figure , at a campfire, veiled.

But for her, the veil has been broken.

"Oh, there!" she says quietly, pointing. "Campfire, somebody there. Come on." She nudges Samson into a walk towards the campfire, arrow still on string.

And just like that, the veil is broken. At least to our heroes.

He raises a paw, rump slightly raised and head down, and gives a little wiggle as though to dash forward and pounce, ala a tabby cat - but looks to Coradel.

The redcap woman, hair stringy,continues to munch on the grilled meat.

SOmething odd about the meat... the smell is akin to pork maybe? but the shape of the strip of if ... rather longish

Temerity gasps

Coradel frowns, thinking about the smell...then she blinks. "She's cooking a man," she whispers to the others.

Temerity nods "I fear she has bob on a SHiskka!"

Leonora makes a gag face, for while she cannot know fear, she can know disgust

Claire wrinkles her nose, then says "I haven't heard reports of any locals missing."

Coradel considers that she's VERY glad August isn't here to see this.

Vince looks unconvinced. His head tilts to one side, and he licks a paw. Surely that's some other meat.

And Temerity seethes, for she too is a Liam...
