"Ohhh... haste, haste." She crouches.

"Haste? It's going to take me hours to..oh shoot, magic's run out" He sighs

"Uhm.. Emma, could you heal my basselope?"

"A thousand little shards, oui. 3, 764."

She carefully checks the chimera, wary of any glass left in a cut.

she finds a sliver of silver and expertly removes it.

"It's going to be okay, Thistlesnort." The Fiona is too worried to really chew him out.

"Week's worth of work down the drain" The Nocker says

"And seven years bad luck..."

"Hopefully not, I try to put a safe guard in that...diffuses it," The nocker says "Miss Leonora... we have met before just you ah.. caught me off guard there. I'm sorry about your basselope, but he did damage my mirror."

"Pardon?" she says turning

"I'm saying there's an age old custom of the one that does the breaking ..well, does the buying" He says

"Oui, didn't you see them? Seven streams, blowing in the wind, just around the riverbend..."

"Sorry" Leonora says and picks him up.

"Geez, give it a moment will you, Betrand?" Leonora gives a LOOK at him, then follows carrying her chimera

"But now I'm paying retail..." She says setting the chimera down and looking at him.

Emma crouches by the basselope and croons softly as she checks his wounds - now with better lighting!
