Well, he has friends. Emma, but then, she seems to like everyone. Willow's nice too, but unsained. THe Baroness treats him kindly but she's actually a kind leader to anyone when she's not on a tear. Sparrow? Well, Sparrow has been so busy with her studies and training squire colton it's amazing she gets seen here. Hardly her fault. He's not sure Sir August knows who he is.

He reaches down, realizing that, yes, there's something in his pocket. His large blue hand goes in, finds a ... is that a cookie? He draws it out carefully

He smiles, mutters 'Thanks, Emma" to the air, and takes a bite. He notices the other thanes, and a very childlish part of him enjoys the fact, selfish as it is, that none of them got a Cookie

Sometimes, it's nice to stand out.
