Isis stands on the rock in the garden and explains to her brother Enri "Everything the sun touches will be mine. You? You get the kennel" //Enri looks about "Awwwww"

The brother and sister seem to be better in the time that followed, though Isis still sleeps with a night light on. Enri has taken to running everywhere.

Ladybird echoes Enri's "Aww" with a little "Arooo" and thumps her tail on the ground.

Enri turns and wags his curly puff tail "Ladybird the white fanged!"

Isis yucks "More dogs? the world's overpupulated"

Thump-thump-thump. No little vest, so she's "off-duty."

Enri goes down off the rock and gives Ladybird slow strokes "Hi, where's your angel lady? Red Angel is nice."

She leeeeaannnssss into the petting.

Isis' sharp eyes might spot the feathered one across the garden, buried deep in her sketchbook.

Enri continues to pet Ladybird "Oui, I understand. Mademselle is with her muse"

Isis rolls her eyes, "No she's not, dogfus, she's right over there, and the sun is falling on her hair. THat means I get that too." She waves "Hi, Sparrow!"

A beat, and she emerges, blinking. "Oh, hey. Morning you two."

Enri bows, well, half of him bows, the other half keeps petting' Mamselle Redangel, do you need a message delivered? I can drop by timbuktu and wallawalla."

"He's always running around now," Isis complains, "ever since the ..." A frown "Well, the Norm. I hate norms" A scowl, and tail lash "Anyway, whatcha painting?"

"Flowers. Do you two want to draw? I've extra paper."

"I suppose, cats are naturally good at drawing because it rhymes with clawing" She slides off to take a paper from her "What shall I draw? Me? No this paper is too small for that"

Enri pats lady bird and joins them too, "Papers? I'll be good with them. I was trained"

Ladybird gamely pads after the two childlings, and investigates the shuffling papers with a pinkish nose.

"You could draw anything you wished. Maybe something with bright colors?" Sparrow arranges the colored pencils so everyone can reach.

"Maybe make a map of your kingdom..."

Isis eyes light up, "OOo my kingdom!"

Enri begins drawing, tongue out slightly as he works

It would appear Enri has picked some pink coloring pencils. And ISis fusses, "Those are GIRL colours, Pug face"

Enri blushes and puts the pink down

"They are NOT, Isis."

"Colors are for everyone."

"But I want them more" Isis explains

Enri smiles "I can have the dawn?"Hopeful look

"The dawn is pink, isn't it?"

"and king color and angel hair color" He agrees grabbing some purple and red too

Isis sighs "Fine, but I shall have the golden throne" Grabbbing yellow and mustard "And the sky" blue

Ludmilla peeks in, "I had come to check on these two but I see they're in good hands." She bows, "Thank you, Baroness."

"Hi Ludmilla. Want to color, too?"

"Id be delighted, I was talking to Willow earlier. 'troll tips' she calls it. But I'm not sure I'm best qualified" She moves with that hitching leg of hers, and takes a spot near them sitting carefully, "That's very nice Enri"//He wags//"Mine is nice too! Nicer even!" Isis protests//"Yes, it might be, but what did we say throwing in others in a ditch to make ourselves stand taller?"//The kitten pooka pouts "Make sure no one say you dig the ditch?"//"Isis" A tut//"Something something makes you actually smal something" mutter fuss//"That's right. "

The sidhe smiles, just a bit, before handing over a piece of paper to the trolless.

The trolless takes the paper and draws, childcare has taught her the basics of doodling

As the kids grow quiet, getting into it, Ludmilla asks "How are you doing, Baroness? and.. Dame Jennette?" Any other kith might blush but she hides things well. It has been some time since a Beltain delight carried over

"Well enough. Things are quiet."

"Bored?" She asks

Her brow knits at the question. Ludmilla, well in her line of work, boring is stable and that can have it's perks, until, of course, the childlings go bonkers

"Oh... oh, no..."

"Ah, so the three knights will fight for the death for the right to take her to the ball" Isis says as she draws. Not talking to anyone but clearly into her world building

Ludmilla nods, "Good. I confess. Sometimes I have more time than I expected. Benson and I take turns with the childlings. He's currently with the others. But when they're together it doesn't take both of us." She speaks of the piskiek, "And he has a degree in education unlike myself. " An admission "The other day I found myself eavesdropping on boggan gossip." A shake of her head "Best to find other things to do."

"Well, maybe you need a hobby? The library seems well-stocked, so there's always reading..."

"Perhaps, but I always feel like I'm intruding on the Scribe and librarian.," She ponders, then says "I thought of perhaps inviting one or two friends to ahem a movie. Or a girl's night out, or day out" Uncomfortable

"That could be fun!" Her feathers fluff. "You think Jeanette would be interested?"

"I hoped so," She says "But I don't really know what kind of movies you two enjoy?"

"I... well, fairy stories, romances..."

"Colton likes superheroes a bit more than I do, but they're okay."

She chuckles "I like superheroes fine but I tend to think of them as more job research. So I'm good with skipping that." Ludmilla says "I could stand a nice romantic movie." An admission, "I do sometimes enjoy a good revenge movie. I wonder what that says about me?"
