"Slow. Maybe waltzes with his lady fair..."

A shy grin. "Well. I'm working on other dances, too."

"They are newlyweds, after all."

"oh? Any preferences of what you might need music for? Dance wise?"

"Ah. Tango. Yes, the waltz." A hesitation. "Hip-hop? I haven't really tried learning that yet, though."

"Tango I can do, Sir. And I will try to study Halladays works..." He assures Sparrow

"A troubadour in the truest sense, good Gideon. I think the Fiona is rubbing off on everybody..."

A blush "Stevie has been very encouragin. She pushes me a bit. I have to be careful or I'll get a crush on that girl. "

"Well, she's a pretty girl! Why not?"

"I was warned not to fall for Satyrs," he says "It's easy to mistake their natural warm nature for something else, and..well,it's not like Satyrs fall for boggans seriously, you know?"

"Satyrs.... well, no, if you want a one and only serious girl... they're going to wander, but that doesn't mean their feelings are false..."

"And that's not just boggans - that'd be for other satyrs, or sidhe, or anyone."

"oh I ..well, I know she'd be with others... and I'm not sure how I could handle that, but for the right satyress maybe? But it's just, my kith is considered the vanilla of the 31 flavors of dreaming. Don't let Delores hear I said that, she'd give me what for."

"Well, vanilla goes with everything. Best ice cream."

"Vanilla is your favorite?"

A pink flush is climbing up August's cheeks.

"Sure!"

"Girls like how they're treated. Figure out what makes her happy, and make her happy. Man, boggans have a cheat for that..."

"oh.. I wouldn't call what we do a cheat... it's just obvious."

"Still. Just... be honest. Have some fun. Not everything has to be the great one and only."

"Oh, I know, I just...well, she's so talented and sure and relaxed about anything that comes." Admiring "if she were ONLY Pretty that could scare a guy enough, but her musical"

"Well, lots of guys can appreciate her being pretty - how many can appreciate - REALLY appreciate - her talent?"

A blush "Thank you, Baroness, but really, as a troubadour I should be helping OTHERS and their romances."

"And so by having your own romance, you gain more wisdom and experience to build advice from!"

"I suppose" He looks about as if seeking someone who needs him... right now.

"Well, I'll root for you." A glance up the hallway. "Romance can be scary."

"Little bit" He mutters

"Well, you are a wonderful musician and a really sweet guy. Don't act like you don't have something great on the table."

"Thank you Baroness" he says And he means it "You are very kind. I do hope you remember your own 'much to offer'"

She blushes and shrugs. "Lots to do."

"mmm hmm" at that he smiles

"We'll, I shall leave you good folk to it. I think I will see if music is needed at other spots at the hold."

"Thank you, Gideon. Good luck."

And off he goes

August clears his throat.

"Who and, ah, when are we going to visit next?"

"Well, I want to take Cole when I hunt the Aesin... but the Fiona? This week?"

"Hunt?"

"Well, the Aesin is hunting a monster. I am the Ogresbane."

"Right. Of course." He nods, then looks to the hallway, perplexed.

"Troubadours."

"Did they just challenge each other to a duel?"
