An amused snort. "Well, certainly. " A moments pondering, stroking his chin. "Perhaps, a string of burglaries in the area? Wealthy folk always jump to believe that someone wants to take what is theirs."

"And then place more guards there under that pretense? Perhaps." She hands the map back to Inish. "However, I want to go there and see."

((Fading, sorry....))

Inish puts it away "Yes, Baroness. I do think you should not go alone. Take time to prepare a small group to go with you."

He rumbles and grins. "I DID call dibs..."

She nods. "All the Truthbranches, Dame Claire, Dame Nansaidh....and yes, of course, Whiskers, please come as well." She rests a hand on his shoulder.

"And don't worry..." A grin as he steps back, to return to his post at the tavern. "I'll bring a flask."

They can hear him amusedly talking to himself as he walks away, tail swishing. "Such an expansive estate. To think, discussion over huge tracts of land, twice in one evening..."

The Eiluned stays nearby, finding all this fascinating, and more than a little troublesome.
