A pleased grin. "Really?" Moving past pleased to delighted. "Wow. I... wait, was there a librarian before?"

"Not so much no, " he says "the baron actually handled a lot of that. Being alone with books delighted him if anything could be said to."

A soft grin. "Really." Quietly. "Well. Ok. He must have... no, -did- he leave any notes or records?"

"A few, but those few meticulous." he says

"I'd like to see them." Respectfully.

"Master Inish, I hadn't thought about being responsible for the library, although I'm delighted to be asked. I'll need to think about it."

"I see, well, if you feel the library is too much for one person we can get you an assistant"

He nods, smiling like the sun. "I've been there, used it, but... to be honest, the system wasn't very... well, that makes sense of course... anyway. If I could get those notes, I'll make it a priority." And, he will. Clearly.

"You seem to enjoy the idea, and well, from now on, as scribe, unless you say otherwise, you determine the system, sir" A smile "Glad it pleases you. Oh, and uhm.. request for resources also means if you have certain titles, we will try to get our hands on them. August nods happily. "I... well. It's a small dream come true, for me. Oh! I have to call... well. Yes." He comes back from wherever he was. "I'l.... ah. Ok. Can ... can we look for certain terms or phrases? Or names?"

"Surely!" He agrees, "What in particular?"

A long pause. "How? I mean, how is the search conducted?"

"Oh you mean within the library? Or elsewhere?"

"Both."

"Let me get you the indexing and notes we have now and you tell me what you're looking for..." he leads them on and ... (Pause or ends scene)
