And the Cavity Creeps approach, a half dozen, they'd move faster but they seem to be dedicated to a slow tempo march and chant

"Oh, Spear-mint."

"Good choice for cavities, I guess." And she charges!

Maybe she can make a kabob?

She has chosen the right weapon! The Spear seems to really detest these guys, and she bursts two cavity creeps at once running through them both in a kabob!

One strikes her, and she can, for a moment, feel a foulness in her mouth but the spear glows and .. ah, what's the smell version of glow? Anyway, it does that! And the freshness in her mouth returns!

She plants a foot on the first kabob'ed creep, and pushes both of them off the shaft and over the edge of the silver.

And with that, they cannot return, unless some fool invites them again.

ANother strike, she felt that, these creeps hit hard

She grimaces.

It's not Flyswatter, but she likes long weapons... she shifts it to her off hand, and uses the hammer to strike.

The Hammer hits, making a crack. They try to team up...

She feels power in it, but she can't seem to unlock that full power. She feels an odd urge to dance to the left and right but resistss it. Oh well, at least it's still a damn solid hammer

Her goal is primarily to get the chimera off the trod - not that she never kills, but she won't kill gratuitously.

Sweeps, pushes, trips, and yes, somtimes flat out stabs!

She gets bruises for her trouble, but with the spear Mint in her hand, the rot power they possess is for naught

And they end up off the silver, tumbling into the dreaming where forgotten commerical memes drift

Panting, she pushes back some curls that escaped her braids.

Even her endurance has it's limits, but that's done now

And Bitz and Bob are talking as she returns "Well, I think One FREE item is only fair. That's twice. "

"Just saying she..oh poop, you're right, luv muffin. We do owe her a debt"

"Y'think?"

"Do you guys just attract trouble?"

"What the furk? Attract trouble?" Bitz huffs "You WOUND me, madame. We are honest purveryors of pop culture repurposed."

"REALLY honest when Gwydions are around" Bobbi nods happily

Snort-grin.

"But we do feel we owe ya. So take any one item " Bitz says "Maybe regift one if you need to?"

"The hammer doesn't work so well for you, " Bobbi nods

"It hit solid enough..."

"well yeah, but in the hands of one who performs, particularly dance, it's true power comes out"

"Oh? Yeah, I'm not... artsy, no."

"No shame in that, miss" Bobbi smiles "First time I danced with my Bitzy boo, I stepped on his toes"

"light as a feather" the nocker assures. It's a lie, but it's said with love

Dagmar won't call him out on that.

"This spear's okay..."

She hefts it a few times, checking the balance.

"Ah, the Spear named Mint. As Pun based creations go, it furking worked out nicely"

Indeed, the spear gives a pleasant scent, promotes freshness, and.. frankly , is balanced and pointy as a good spear should be

"Convenient pun, yeah."

"Either is yours if you want it" Bobbi says "We don't tend to promote the weapons. One time we sold one, and the customer then used it to rob us. That's why we have the bazooka for our own use"

"Well, I'm not one for fancy gadgets - but this would be useful for me. Thank you."

"All yours then" Bitz says "Want it wrapped? The wifey could make horse turd look lke a prize yule gift with just a bit of paper and a bow"

"Oh the things you say" Bobbi beams

"I'm good, I can carry it. My halberd is still at home... I wasn't exactly planning on a fight."

"Oh sorry, we don't have a return button, but... we're close to the Autumn world and on a trod near your home or you wouldn't have been yanked" Blitz says

"Yankee doodle whoopsie" Bobbi nods "Just head that way and you should arrive in the mortal world again."
