As the boat of Mugo casts off from the docks, Symon whispers something under his breath as he looks out over the water.

Mugo chuckles "if you're talking, I can't hear it. Waves are going to make some noise. IT's a trod, but it's still water. "

He looks up, and gives a thin smile. "In his house at R’lyeh dead Cthulhu waits dreaming."

"Some day he will call, when the stars are right... but perhaps that day will not be today."

"You sluagh, sometimes I think you would poke an elder god made by nightmare's just to see if it was dead or not" A shake of his head "Yeah, Lovecraft was onto more than he knew. Some think he was Fomorian influenced, others think he tried to warn the waking world"

"He was an asshole. I read about him."

"Yeah." Symon whispers. "But he created something greater than himself. I respect the work, but not the man."

"Fair."

"Never meet your heroes. Pretty sure Homer was an asshole too"

"Probably."

"That said, there are some good folk.. like you two arent' bad"

Shrug. "We try."

"Some harder than others." Symon adds with a smirk.

Her mouth quirks into a little smile.

Mugo laughs at that. Around them the sites of the Dreaming turn lovely and disjointed, some making no sense... off the side they see a one woman floating on a door or something in icy water.... admiring a necklace "This is some serious bling, Jack"

"Ah, I think I can make it ... if you help me up there? Seems roomy..." The freezing paramour points out

"Oh yes, mama is gonna look GOOD Wearing this."

"Oh for crying out loud!" HE calls out "We made love!"

"It was great, but no offense, basicly you took me in the back of a car... not THAT original. " The woman shrugs "What have you done for me lately?"

"Oh... this is about how I tricked you into letting me draw you nude isn't it?"

"You put it on Instagram,, Jack! You son of a ..."

and they move on to other scenes

"Yeah, gets a bit scattered up here" Mugo says as they move past a chimerical long ship of vikings singing "Join the Navy"

"That... yeah."

Another ship, this one ON the silver, makes its way towards them, balor knights on it. THey sneer, then see Mugo, who gives them a long look ,and they sale around

Dagmar narrows her eyes at the Balor, but keeps her expression otherwise stoic.

They seem more afraid of Mugo than her, but they're not eager top ick a fight with a troll warrior to be sure

She saw 'big' Mugo, so she gets it.

Symon smirks inwardly.

"Ffft.. Balor... whole house is stupid. It's like thinking just because they wore the robes Cthulu won't eat them, just others" Mugo scoffs then observes "We're closing in on shore" In the distance, they can see what looks like two cities ... they're not quite 'realistic' as elements of nordic and germanic dreams lay over what autumn folk see. Light Houses shine in atypical colors.

"Thank you so much, Mugo."

"Duluth side right?" He says "And you're welcome"

"Duluth." A nod.

The water splashes against the dock that serves as a rath of sorts, to step onto it is to return to the Autumn World "Well, you two freed me. So like your friend said, no charge"

"In fact, I'll give you a free ride back too" He says upon thinking on it "Becareful there, it's a cold world, and getting meaner"

Dagmar offers out a hand for the pilot. "We will. Good journey."

He shakes it, "And you"

A firm shake, and she makes sure Symon and Bilbo are safely deposited on shore.

And the Odyssey continues on land
