And they do..

Piper leads dwarves on a run... you know, they're nnot speed demons

Sylvi drags her foot in the snow (possibly leaving a bit of her own blood behind as well) to create a circle around them, casting a Faerie Ring to keep them from being touched. "Don't step out of there until I come back, or until you have to."

they nod

Sylvi races down to help her father.

Piper cavorts, cajoles, and teases, then has an idea. "You know, I only have time for one brawny, delightful, strapping little man.... however will I choose?! " She calls back, hoping to stir jealousy!

And here in the dreaming it works!

But one screams "if I can't have her, no one can.. " And readies to throw a a knife at her.....

MEANWHILE...

Sylvi slides down, and sees her father annd Buck stiking dwarves rigght annd left "that dougal's plan better work..." Olgarr curses

"I'm more worried about Jadis" Buck says "hey, did you order a new troll?"

She calls out, "Gimme an R!" Jump! "R!" "Gimme an O!" Pose! "O!" (and with each letter she tries to hopscotch a dwarf off of the silver) "Gimme a V!...an E!...an R!"

Piper Just keeps working at it, every dwarf she distracts is one that Olgar and the others don't have to fight...

the knife flies towards Piper's throat, when suddenly, an owl plucks it from the air and carries into a beautiful sidhe woman . "Skald? Now is a good time"

the spike haired sidhe near her liege lets loose a whoop "AND THE WINGED HUSSARS ARRIVED!" 🎶 !

And suddenly, the dwarves fighting each oher are getting butcered by some blood thirstty aesin

Piper's jaw drops, realizing belated the trouble she was just saved from. Quickly changing tactic. "Oh, well now that there's a LOV-E-LY Sidhe here, surely I'll choose her instead!"

The whooping sidhe wants to fight Dwarves? Dwarves she shall have!

Sylvi finds herself hopping ad popping all over .

"keep it up, Rugmonster!" Her dad says!

She's fine with that as long at works.

"DAD!" she says through a grit-teeth cheerleader smile.

Then she gets back to the chant: "ROVER, ROVER, Yayyyyyy, ROVER!"

"you stoneskinned savage!" A voice echohes through the valley, Jadis! "Did you think me helpless wihout my wand?"

And then.. "ROVERS!" A response, as Hastien's voice is heard

Hastien? Piper remembers THAT handsome Troll... but didn't he get exiled to New Mexico wastes?

A gasp of pain "Lord hume... hurry!"

"Execute!" Another voice in the di n inn the nex valley over

and Buck sees Jadis's head , "Don't mind if I do.." he drops his hammer, reacing for a dagger and says "Come on, Valiant Dagger!"

and throws, even as the Winter witch squeezes the life from a stonne skined troll

What in the world...? Sylvi is more than a little confused by all the chaos, but keeps on doing what she can to cut down the number of dwarves on the playing field.

And so, it happenned, the dagger of Lucy the Valiant, meant to be used only in dire times, struck the White Witch of Winter in the head, causing her tto reel back! Was it a spear tthat pushed her off, or a furry dog tripping her? Regardless, down the witch fell

and a Dougal released a massive counter spell he could not cast anywhere else... stone to flesh exe... freeing the victims of the wand

and Olgar turned and reshaped the the dreaming, rremoving the silver and creating a deeper fall

which the witch hit, as someone.. was itt Slyvi? enhanced it further

"you forgot your wand!" Jordan yells, zapping the witch

SHE turns to stone... before shattterinng at the bottom of the mile deep pit

Sylvi shakes her head to refocus, and goes to the newly re-fleshed firebrands. "Here, you're okay, come on..."

"Okay, everyone gather because the new trod is comin thru like it or no!" Olar says "I can' hold it anymore!"

She wants to keep them together and calm.

"Oh,. crap...." She turns and tries to get back up to the other firebrands before the new trod hits!

Piper lets her own cantrip drop, shivering in the cold. "I don't care where you go now, but you can get away from Me." Releasing what remains of the dwarves from their unnatural need to reach her. "If you know what's good for you, fuck off to wherever you came from." She says, in a moment of mercy she hopes she doesn't regret.

The blizzard is gone... but the silver hits like a flood water you cann't help but float on.
