"Connor, don't be reckless..." Layne says

"You want him to wreck?" Jack huffs "Girls"

"That's not what i..." But before Layne can finish

There's a stomp

and a clomp!

And a whomp as footsteps, super ginormous feet.. make their entry

Connor clams up and watches!

and they see a giant, 30 foot tall gianteess hag!

Despite the fact she is wearing a skirt of bear skins, wolf skins, goat skinns and horse hide, wiht a blouse of dull griege (That's gray and beige) : the giantess looks like a huge McGillicuddy!

Connor whispers to the others, "Should we ask nicely for the toys back?"

Jack blinks "Why does she look like mean ole miss..."

The Giantess sniffs

then snorts

"Fee.. fi, foe, fuddy, I smell the scent of a little buddy.." her voice booms

He swallows, and stands up straight. To the others, he whispers, "If she eats me, you guys can get away! I'm nice n chewy!"

Jack says "we're not gonnna let her hurt you... " Annd he takes a bit of the ivy and casts Spring magics "Tangle tannggle twista nd bed, you'll not ever trap my friend!"

And a nnew burst of ivy wraps arounnd the giant's legs! She snarls "BRATS BRATS in my castle!"

"Grab the ball, Connor" Layne says "Now's your chance"

"We can't just save ONE toy! We have to save the toys for everyone!"

He runs around in circles.. maybe wasting precious time, maybe working up a bunk.

And he sings, at the top of his lungs! He's not a singer like Jack, he is tonedeaf but doesn't care, because he belts it out with enthusiasm anyways.

A jack-in-the-box waits for children to shout
"Wake up! Don't you know that it's time to come out?"

With that, he tries to hopscotch the ENTIRE CHEST OF TOYS out the window! Or rather, the Toy chest iteslf is the target, and everything inside it comes along if it does!

He pours glamour into it, knowing it's the heaviest thing he's ever tried to move.

The chest, which is not small, knocks the window open annd slump lands on the other side...

"NOOOOoo... happy children are ANNOYING children!" The giantess cries out! The vines tearing at her feet

"Oh she mad now" Says the satyr helpfully "And she's breaking out"

"Come on!" Connor JUMPS out the window, down into the toy box! And he Starts Shoveling toys out. "Go, be free! Go back to your kids!" Hoping as he tosses this and that, they might fall through the clouds... or if not, at least make a mess it will take longer for her to clean up!

they others follow their leader's lead, which is what makes him a leader, if no one follows your lead you're not a leader, you're just that crazy guy yelling orders in the air. And Connor is not crazy... ad if he is, he's crazy like a foxhound!

"Go find a new home doll" Layne yells

"Off you go ninja action figgure with the Kun fu grip" The satyr yellss

and.. it's working! it's falling right through the cloud!

“Go on ball! Find a boy or a belle!”

"Byeeeee, Pinwheel." He says, a touch forlorn, as the last pretty spinner spins away and out of sight.

As the last pinwheel flies...

the door breaks open "I will crush you!"

Lane throws Connor on her back "Hold on!"

Jack nods, he has satyr speed

"Hiyo! Silver!"

It would be cool if he had glamour left for Quicksilver... but since he doesn't, he just waves an imaginary cap in the air!

They stay ahead though i seems barely!

They get to the beanstalk and BUMP off something

"I think we'll need to scurry down.... in a hurry hurry down... oop!"

"Uh oh." He checks... is the trod bubble back?!

Olgar's voice speaks up "This trod has been closed on orders of the Hearth of RIvervale" Just his voice, he's nnot actually here, no mater how much they squint "Password or no dice"

Lane says "The password is Mugronster..." panicking

"Nah" Olgar's voice says

Connor slides down and shoves at it. "Open Sesame! Veni Vedi Vici! Please!"

"Oh! Rugmonster, Rugmonster, Rugmonster!" He says remembering!

It opens just as McGgillicudy grabs Jack by the shirt..

"Hope you had an excitin adventure, sweetie" Says Olgar's voice

Connor grabs his final weapon, and chucks a buschel of GREEN BEANS in her face!

"TAKE THAT!" Then again, she might LIKE green beans... a childlings sworn enemy!

"You're wasting good food! You kids don't knonw whati t's like, back in MY Day... " She loses track of Jack, whose shirt tears, for no old meanie can resist a lecture that's so boring
